The cozy cabin is a perfect description of this vacation rental. As a solo traveler on this trip, I felt safe. It was comfortable and was sufficiently stocked. Also, the fee was very reasonable.

Check in was easy. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The counter top is wood and they request you be extremely careful with wet objects on it. Not a good idea for a VRBO The provided WiFi password was incorrect. The tub and shower are inconvenient. TowelsAnd linens provided had soured. The dishwasher had not been started and was left fullIf dirty dishes. It is a great location. It is not managed well at all

Toilet doesn't work correctly. The fill valve is faulty. After every use we needed to mess with the valve so it quit running. The garbage was filled up by the other rental. Hardly any water pressure for the shower or kitchen sink. I had to repair the blinds, they fell apart my hands.The futon in the living room is garbage. Overall it is a P..... of S.... I will not let my wife book this S....again...sorry Jian

Cute Little Place

It was a nice stay while I am in town for work. Everything was very tidy and clean. The only issue I had was there was only about 7-8 mins of warm water in the shower; I had to hustle once it dropped in temperature. Otherwise, I was comfortable. Thank you.

Great Location; Smell of Cigarette Smoke

The property is in a great location, with restaurants and state parks all within a reasonable distance. Other reviews have mentioned the property smelling like cigarette smoke. I can confirm this is accurate—Luckily it’s not as noticeable/you get used to it after being inside the property for a little while. The parking situation is a bit odd as you will need to roll a heavy wooden gate open to pull your car in and out every time you come and go. It’s a struggle to close all the way and makes a loud screeching noise. Overall, it was a good price for a clean place to stay. I would likely be happy to stay here again.

This was exactly what we needed as our base to explore the area including Bandon and Florence. Very cute accommodations, clean and well maintained. All the amenities to cook or prepare your own meals. Grind and bring your own coffee if you are a coffee snob. We were very happy with the Cozy Cabin.

Never again

Very awkward having another rental property 4 feet away from you and having to share the backyard and barbecue grill. Futon was very uncomfortable and definitely needs to be replaced. Would not stay here again.

Nice short term rental

This was a nice overnight rental. It is similar to a Park Model or small single wide. Great for a couple or maybe with 1 child. I think it beats most hotels in the area for simular pricing. Queen bed was ok, and the small kitchen is a nice bonus. We stayed on a very hot day with no air-conditioning but cooled down the house fairly quickly opening the windows. Only negative- I would replace the Futon it is not comfortable to sit on for watching TV.

Very clean. Well furnished with lots of towels and basics for living. When parking be sure you open rolling gate, then pull in to the right of the tiny house and close rolling gate.

Tiny but Efficient

Clean, decent, bed quite comfortable, towels, etc. OK, plenty of dishes and cutlery. Pots and pans OK for a weekend but really limited. What is needed is some comfortable seating in the living room. the futon provided leaves much to be desired if you are over the age of 16. For longer stays (mine was 2 weeks) a sponge mop would be nice. I'll stay again.
