Welcome to the home we lovingly call "Villa Jules". An over 3,000 square foot five bedroom oceanfront home with it's own private beach. Enjoy the outdoor California lifestyle playing beach volleyball, lounging in one of our six lounge chairs, or enjoying smores around the fire-pit as you hear the sounds of waves feet away. Villa Jules is an ideal place to stay for a family beach vacation or a few couples looking for the perfect beach getaway. Three of the five bedrooms are ocean facing, allowing multiple guests to enjoy an ocean view from the comfort of their own bed.

This beautiful two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel high-end appliances, a kitchen island, adjacent dining area with seating for up to eight guests, and multiple indoor living spaces (including a glass enclosed sunroom).

Please note there is a rock sea wall in front of the home. The nearest sand public beach where the public swims, will be walking two miles north near the Oceanside Pier. The home does not have central AC, however, we have installed portable AC units in the upstairs bedrooms and there are two tower fans for guests to use in the living room and the downstairs bedroom.

This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Dogs are permitted with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
