Grosse Pointe Park 2nd floor flat features 2 bedrooms (2 Queen beds) and 1 full bath. The living room has a 65” SMART TV and computer workstation. Dining room and kitchen with all the essentials required for a gourmet meal or a quick microwaved meal. Both bedrooms have televisions with streaming devices. Ample off street parking.
Superb vacation stay for Grosse Pointe visitors - family, friends and business professionals.
The space
Located close to parks, library and just a few blocks from Kercheval and Charlevoix's many restaurants.
Downtown Detroit is a close 15 minutes to the city's activities; DTW airport is about 45 minutes drive. The unit is a block from Lake St. Clair.
Guest access
Pre-programmed Smart lock for main entrance and unit entrance.
Unique access code provided prior to arrival.
Other things to note
*Owners live and work on property and have 2 small dogs on premises that occasionally bark.
*4 guests max. 1 King & 1 Queen bed available for guests, sleeping on living room couch NOT permitted.
*Only registered guests permitted to stay overnight.
*Fireplace not available for use.
*Building is an older home with squeaky floors and thin walls, sound machines provided in both bedrooms to muffle any residual sound.
*Working exterior cameras located at each exterior door entrance and driveway only. No internal cameras.
*Shoes not permitted inside the unit.

We are recent transplants from Washington DC, we relocated here for a job and to experience life in the mid-west. Our multi-unit flat was purchased in order for our family and friends to have a comfortable stay during their visits, on a whim we decided to open it up to family and friends of Grosse Pointe since there aren't any nearby hotels.
The flat is tastefully furnished with our extra furniture and the miscellaneous odds and ends we have picked up through our travels abroad.
The flat is not perfect, it was built in 1950, the floors squeak and the walls are thin. You may hear our alarm clock on a weekday morning or hear our rescue puppy squeaking her toys in the evening. The home is clean, comfortable and has most essentials for a short stay. If there is something you might need, please ask in advance. We may already have it.
