This retreat is on a corner lot in the established Eden subdivision within easy walking or driving distance of convenience stores, restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, and fantastic attractions, including the Texas Transportation Museum, McClain Park, Morgan's Wonderland, and San Pedro Driving Range and Par. This retreat is also a short three-mile drive/Uber to SATX Airport.

This family-friendly home offers an extensive enclosed backyard with a sparkling outdoor pool surrounded by a safety fence and a paved patio with a picnic table that will be just perfect for alfresco meals! Upon entering, you will first encounter an airy living room that is open to a formal dining area, the kitchen, and an additional seating area. Snuggle up on the large sectional to stream your favorite series or movies on the smart TV, or gather around the coffee table in the second seating area for some board game action. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the remodeled kitchen, featuring all the major appliances (including a smart LG fridge and a Keurig coffee maker) and a convenient breakfast area. Also located on the first floor are one guest bedroom and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. On the second floor are three additional bedrooms plus an attached office with two desks, desk chairs, and monitors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
