Big city convenience with relaxing, coastal vibes. This 3200 square foot waterfront retreat on Tampa Bay, saltwater canal has plenty of room for families or multifamily vacations. The retreat includes a large saltwater pool and plenty of fun indoor and outdoor amenities for the whole family to enjoy.

The house features two primary suites; both with a walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and a king bed. One suite includes a large garden spa, a separate shower with body sprays and a rain shower head, and two vessel sinks. The other three bedrooms have queen beds, and there are two additional queen blow up beds if needed. There are four 55" ROKU TV's located throughout the house and 5g internet is included.

The large dining room has two tables that allow for 10 guests to dine. There are also 3 bar stools to sit on the outside of the kitchen just inside the dining room.

There is a large floating dock to launch the 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards provided in the rental price. If you bring your boat, there is a place to tie it off in the water or contact us to discuss renting the boat lift with a roof.

Take a swim in the huge deep SALTWATER pool that has a swim up margarita table where you can sit and stay cool. There is also an outdoor grill to use. While you are outside you might see dolphins or manatees swimming up and down the canal.

The saltwater pool is heated for FREE for your enjoyment all year round!!

Once you are done with the outside pool, come inside to enjoy ping pong, a game of pool in the billiards room, poker on the professional poker table, foosball, or a boardgame.

Need to get some work done while on vacation? Just bring your computer and docking station and use the two 24” monitors provided with HDMI and display port connectors and desk area to knock out some work.

The home is dog friendly, but there is a non refundable pet fee of $120 that will be charged after the booking is confirmed.

We have a ring at the front door and two cameras in the back overlooking our dock and boat for safety - there are absolutely NO cameras inside or facing the inside of the homes.

The front door has digital access. The code will be sent prior to your visit.

Bayside Retreat is conveniently located just 7 minutes away from the Tampa International Airport and International Plaza. You will be close to all the exciting things the Tampa area has to offer including Downtown Tampa, Downtown St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, The Florida Aquarium, Tarpon Springs, and the Dali Museum. It is also the perfect location for sports fans. Amalie Arena, home of the Lightning, and Raymond James Stadium, home of the Bucs, are within 10 minutes. Tropicana Field, home of the Rays, is only about 20 minutes away. Theme parks in Orlando are about 70 miles with easy freeway access right by the house making it very easy for a day trip to Disney, Universal, and all the other parks in Orlando.

Public transportation is about a mile away. Uber and Lyft are typically within 5 to 10 minutes. There is plenty of parking available if you drive or rent a car.
