Welcome to Lakeview Lodge, your new-found oasis! Find serenity and reprieve at this captivating lodge nestled gently into the Ozark hillside with a stunning panoramic view of Table Rock Lake and Wilderness Mountain. This home away from home comfortably accommodates friends and family - 5 ensuite bedrooms and 2 half-baths - offering 2,500 square feet of space for guests to unwind and find solace for the duration of their stay. This space sleeps 16 people, and comes in tandem with premium amenities the whole family can enjoy.

Location
Situated in Kimberling City, just outside of Branson, guests get the best of both worlds. Enjoy the tranquility and seclusion of Wilderness Mountain while also being a simple, short drive away from all major attractions including Silver Dollar City, Dogwood Canyon, and Branson’s entertainment district.

Onsite Amenities
Lakeview Lodge features a fully stocked kitchen, grill, outdoor space & hot tub. After a long day of exploring the great outdoors, keep the family fun alive in the media and arcade room offering PlayStation5 and multi-gaming table sets. Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools with a lazy river, firepits, the playground, and pickleball courts conveniently located within walking distance from the lodge. And of course, take advantage of the lake access at the lodge also conveniently located within walking distance from your stay.

Accessibility
Guests will access Lakeview Lodge through an electronic keypad with a code that the host will provide upon booking.

House Rules:
- Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors at all times.
- No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed inside the lodge and on resort property. No additional guests are permitted access without prior consent from the host.
- Pets are allowed with a NON refundable $75 fee (Max 2 pets under 30lbs).
- No smoking or vaping inside the lodge. Smoking or vaping inside the property will incur a fine.
- Please keep all doors closed to conserve energy and prevent bugs from coming inside.
- Please ensure the gas is turned off when the grill is not in use, and that the grill is properly cleaned and grates are wiped down after utilization.
- Please make the host aware if there are any items damaged during your stay so we can arrange for any replacements or repairs.

Beautiful home!

This was a perfect home for our family get together with 12 adults. The bedrooms and pull out sofa provided plenty of sleeping space. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, sitting on the deck, and swimming in the lazy river pool. The host was very prompt with communication.

Beautiful Property

Positives are endless to jot down. Just know if you want it this place likely has it. View is incredible. The 2 decks are great to have. Hot tub was very clean. Pool was nice. Rooms had everything youd need. Would recommend to anyone. Only negative for us having a toddler there us a staircase with no baby gate. We went and got one. Literally the only thing I can think of. Dont hesitate if you want a place thats laid back and relaxing! 20 minutes to the Branson strip. We will be back!

Family Time

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided to make for a stress free vacation. They even had dishes for our 18 month old toddler. We are planning on returning next year.

Don't pass up this property!

AMAZING place to stay!! The house is immaculate! EVERYTHING you need is there! Extremely clean! The neighborhood has two pools, pickle ball courts and beautiful scenery to walk around and enjoy. The host is very fast on responding on any questions we may of had. We were about 20 minutes from Silver Dollar city and approx. 10 minutes from the marina. We will 100% be returning to this gem of a house!

Excellent house

The house easily accomodated our group, was clean, easy access & the host was very helpful with my questions. I understand baot slips may be planned for the resort & that will make the entire resort better but current boat parking had easy access. Id definitely stay again.

Very Clean, Spacious, and Excellent Communications

Our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) stayed at this property, and it felt very spacious. Everything worked as planned, and while there was 1 minor issue on the first day, the excellent responsiveness of the property manager resolved the issue immediately. The community where the property is located felt very safe, had excellent ammenities, and is located mins away from the lake. I'd highly recommend this property for families.

Great Vacation

A fabulous vacation spot! We really enjoeyed our trip to Branson and especially our stay at Boho Lakeview Lodge in Kimberling City. The lodge was spacious and included all the amenities that we needed. Our group of 14 were very comfortable. There were plenty of beds (5 bedrooms) for everyone. All the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals. The kids enjoyed the on-site games and the close proximity to the Lazy River, pools and pickleball courts. The host quickly responded to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. We definitely will stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
