Un hermoso, de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños casa en las maravillosas colinas de Windsor. Nuestra casa está totalmente climatizado y cuenta con ventiladores de techo en la sala de estar y dormitorios. Tenemos una piscina climatizada y todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas, con restaurantes y todos los parques temáticos y un completo equipadas instalaciones de cocina y de aseo en el hogar.
En sus días de descanso de los parques temáticos, por qué no pasar tiempo de relax en la piscina gigante de Windsor Hills 'con su tobogán, entretener a la familia en la sala de cine o mantenerse en forma en el gimnasio o disfrutar de un partido de tenis, voleibol o baloncesto.




Una cita con Disney: Nuestro bonito adosado de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en la prestigiosa comunidad de Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills es un 24 horas asegurado, comunidad cerrada que cuenta con una hermosa piscina de estilo resort con un tobogán de agua y spa, zona cero de entrada para los niños y las fuentes de agua para niños, mesas de billar, tenis y voleibol, gimnasio, sala de juegos de vídeo, tienda de artículos varios, e incluso una sala de cine. Encima de todo esto, se encuentra a pocos minutos de Walt Disney World!



Establecimientos: Nuestra casa soleada tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, y sala de estar. El salón tiene un televisor con reproductor de DVD. Hay un rey en el dormitorio principal, reina en el segundo dormitorio, y una litera cama / futón en el 3er dormitorio con una cama doble abajo y un doble / individual arriba. 3 Todas las habitaciones disponen de televisor. La sala de estar y los 3 dormitorios tienen ventiladores de techo y la casa también dispone de aire acondicionado. La casa tiene una su propia piscina privada justo fuera de las puertas del patio de atrás.



El Orlando y Kissimmee Área: Windsor Hills está situado a un par de millas de la entrada de Walt Disney World. Sea World - 10 minutos, de primera calidad Outlets 10 minutos, Gaylord Centro de Convenciones y Universal Studios-15 minutos, Wet & Wild-15 Minutos, Orange County Convention Centre -15 minutos.

Basic necessities

There was no garbage bags, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper or anything to tie us over until we could get some. Surlper inconvenient with kids.

A good Holiday

Situated in the Gated Community of Windsor Hills, you cannot ask for a safer more convenient location to stay. The property itself was reasonably okay, the Swimming pool was warm and enjoyable, and would suit a family with kids who like a dip and a splash after a day out at the theme parks. The Air Conditioning or heating worked well, very necessary at Christmas when the temperature can vary from cold to hot on a day to day basis. The Master bedroom and bedroom downstairs were good with good quality mattresses, the third Bedroom could do with renewed mattresses and wobbly bunk bed frame as they are somewhat worn out. The Kitchen was equipped with a Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, microwave and Oven/Hob, all worked fine. Although adequate, a few extra utensils would be useful for those families who do a lot of cooking. The TV was fine, and the Internet was excellent, very important when you have Kids with you. The Sofas were adequate, but probably getting to the end of their useful life. The washing machine and Tumble Drier worked ok. The maintenance team were responsive when I identified a minor problem, and it was resolved the next day. As a general point for all rented properties, we have found that the maintenance teams will react to problems, but they do not tend to identify them in advance. A regular monthly look would be worthwhile making sure everything works and is in good condition. Value for money I considered good, cheaper than other similar size properties. I would recommend this property for families on a budget, its safe, convenient and a good size.

Convenient and Comfortable

The property was as pictured/advertised. Close to Disney and other area attractions and in a great community with a pool and slide that the kids really enjoyed. The townhouse itself was comfortable and clean and the owner made sure we were able to start our vacation with no issues.

Lovely house, great location

We had a great time staying here. The house is lovely, exactly as described. Windsor Hills is an excellent location, very nice family community close to supermarkets, lots of eating places and very easy access to Disney (10 minutes).

Our Go To Florida Vacation Home!

We have stayed at Gary's vacation home 3 times and we have had an amazing time every time we stay. Everything is nearby and dealing with Gary during booking is easy and convenient. Thanks for offering a great and affordable place to stay. :)

Lots of space, convenient location and amenities!

The town house was exactly as I had hoped. The bedrooms were actually larger then they appeared in the pictures. The kids room was large enough for them to spread out toys and all; they had plenty of space to play (the little bit we were there and not sleeping ;-). The small pool was perfect for evening dips and was so convenient. The clubhouse walk was not that far (stroller distance for toddlers) easy walk for grown ups. They had plenty of beach towels and kid essentials) high chair, strollers, pack n play. Everything needed was close by; from the parks to dining choices to Super Target and Walmart for essentials. Gary was responsive answered my multitude of questions and was more then helpful.

A fantastic property in an ideal location!

What a wonderful holiday we had staying at A Date with Disney! We are a family of five and there was plenty of room for us. The house had everything we could possibly need. Gary was so kind and helpful in the lead up to the trip. We would absolutely stay there again and cannot recommend it enough.

Wonderful Place To Stay

These pictures don't due this place justice. Very roomy and very very clean. Plenty of space to store your stuff so you're not tripping over them. The pool out back, though not very big, was perfect for my kids (ages 8 & 12) that we never went to the club house pool. The place was very private. Unlike some of the other townhouses, you weren't staring at the back of another unit. You looked at the security wall which I think is better than looking at another unit. This place had some yard space in the back and along the side of the townhouse. You will have to bring/purchase basic household items like napkins, paper towels, soap for laundry, dishes, and dishwasher. I would also recommend a roll or two of toilet paper too. If you have younger kids paper plates, bowls, and cups would be better. Plastic silverware and trash bags are also recommended. Purchase several gallons of water to fill water bottles or buy a lot of bottled water instead of drinking the tap water. Plus you can take to the parks too. Stay away from the outlet mall on rainy days. The shopping center at the light has a back road, just turn left before the light. That way you don't have to deal with the light and all that traffic. This place was very much home away from home. Great communication with the owner and the property management was very friendly.

The house looks even better in person. Very clean, comfortable, felt like home away from home. The house had EVERYTHING the kids really enjoyed the heated splash pool!!!Very safe enviroment peaceful at night. I will highly recomended to everyone. Disney is right there along with a whole strip of shopping and restaurants!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your home you really made my family's vacation a memorable one!! We highly recommend the Red Lobster even though they are everywhere the one close by had wonderful service and the food was great. We will be back!

We had a great vacation and would not hesitate to stay at your very comfortable and clean house again. The location was perfect for us since it was very close to Disney and all amenities. The splash pool was great and we were also very close to the club house and the main pool. Thanks again for making your home available to us.

Hi Gary. Just wanted to say that we thoroughly our stay in Kissimmee. Your townhome was perfect for an entire family and the facilities were of a high standard. The windsor Hill grounds were extremely well taken care of with pleasant staff and a lovely communal pool. What stood out most however was the ideal location.The Disney parks were literally a 5 minute drive away and Orlando was easy to get to as well. We had a great vacaction and we'll be sure to contact you for our next visit to Florida. Thanks a bunch.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was very beautiful and great to have the pool out back to relax in. The communal area was great and we loved the fact that the swimming pool was so child friendly for our little boy. It was such a short drive to all the disney parks which helped shape up a fantastic holiday. All staff at Windsor hills were extremely pleasant and helpful. We would definetely go back. Thanks gary.

The house was perfect for our needs: clean, no pets or smoking, an end unit, a heated pool, close to the clubhouse. Both Gary and his management company were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend it.
