Comfortable and tidy area within close proximity of Helen sites. I loved the location as its a nice walk with enough distance to relax without the events/noise disturbing you. The beds were super comfortable..i'd recommend to anyone :)

Entry instructions need to be updated. The code was correct but they have switched from a key box to electronic deadbolt. There was a missing step but we figured it out eventually. Dining table was wobbly - tenon almost popped out - I kicked it in. On dining stool was to wobbly to be safe. Another was wobbly but I was careful. No end tables next to coach to set anything. Pretty minimalist accessories.

Great apartment for a quick trip to Helen! Had everything we needed. Very clean! And located on a quiet back street but still close enough to walk to town if you wanted to. Enjoyed our quick trip!

This is a cute little apartment. Very close to everything in Helen, which is a fun little town. The second bedroom advertised a Queen, but it doesn't look like a Queen. No dresser or any furniture to place things in the Master bedroom. The patio had a hot tub (which was not shown in pics) so that couldn't be used to sit on. It was very hot the week we were there so the patio smelled a little musty. No tables in the living room. It is perfect for 2 adults or a family of 3. The decor and kitchen items are very cute. Everything we needed was supplied. Very close to town, yet in a quiet area. We enjoyed it.

Great stay. Perfect location.

The condo is great and located within walking distance to waterpark, Helen tubing and food. On the riverside. I would drive and park if you want downtown Helen.Bathroom has some water damage from the unit upstairs. Owner is working that out. Great stay. Will book again. If you don’t like noisy upstairs guest, rent a single cabin. That was the only down fall of our stay.

Simply Smart and Neat

The stay was great. It was clean, cozy, and convenient to the town. The hot tub was lovely to slip into after walking all day. Plan to stay again in the future.

Short drive to Downtown Helen

The condo is a short drive to downtown Helen. Area is quiet. James, the property manager, was very accommodating! Living area is spacious, full size fridge and oven. Easy access from the parking lot. Would stay again!

Spring trip to Helen

Very nice and well located property, not in town but still walking distance to riverside park and downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities of a hotel room and four times the space, plus a kitchen and a hot tub.

Nice place but extremely musty

Cute place but musty to a point we had to go buy room deodorizers and a candle to try and make the place habitable to sleep in. Nice hot tub on the front porch thats not advertised and no directions to run it . Owner was quick to respond. Clean place otherwise

Christmas vacation

We wanted to have a place that was close to town and had a full kitchen so we can cook our own food instead of going out to eat. Location is good. Space worked well for us. Now it was during Christmas so temperature was cold. There is a wall mounted unit in the living room that provides AC and heat. There is no ventilation ducts to move the heat throughout the apartment. To heat the bedrooms there is a space heater in the back bedroom and a small table top space heater for the front bedroom. The space heaters were as high as they could go and we had to shut the bedroom doors to hold the heat in. They don't heat a room that fast. Cold air came through the front door and the windows in the front bedroom. Bathroom was always cold. There was a long extension cord across the floor for the TV that was mounted and the cord didn't reach the outlet. Possible hazard if not paying attention.We had a family above us and we could hear everything that was going on. Seemed like they were stomping all day and night and didn't stop till about midnight. It's an older builing that was updated inside but still had some short commings.
