Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse, where comfort and entertainment await you. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy main floor living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace, a 58-inch smart TV, and a dedicated workspace nestled in a nook next to a picturesque bay window. Relax on the comfortable couch that converts into a queen-sized bed or enjoy some tunes on the record player w/ Bluetooth.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for hosting and cooking with serving ware for 12, ninja blender & air-fryer. The adjacent dining area provides seating for eight, and a convenient half bath is also around the corner.

As you head upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a king-size bed & 43" TV, while Bedroom 2 offers two queen-size beds & 43" TV. In Bedroom 3, you'll find a twin over full size bunk and 32" TV.

The full bathroom upstairs is equipped with a double vanity, tub/shower, and all essential hygiene items, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, floss picks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mini mouthwash, q-tips, cotton balls, cotton pads, and female hygiene products.

Descending into the basement, you'll discover an entertainment haven featuring Multicade arcade games, a foosball table, dart board, chess, and other engaging activities. There's ample space to lounge or sleep, thanks to a large modular couch and a daybed that converts into a king-size bed. You'll also find a high-capacity washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

I stayed here with my sisters and their families (with teen kids and two pups). It was quiet and clean, with a big table for meals and games and an open layout that made it feel we were together but not on top of each other. A great stay!

Riverside Retreat

Nice location, convenient to Milwaukee and the major highways. The bedroom set up, and the video games in the basement area, were a hit with our 3 kids. The place is very clean, has plenty of towels, a washer/dryer, and is well appointed with whatever you need to cook. The owner was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Golf trip with the boys

Perfect prooerty for what wr needed. Close to good golf, clise to beewers stadium. Property was immaculately clean. Kieth thenprooerty manager was very responsive. Property was very quiet, outdoor area nicely maintained. Couldnt have asked for a better place tonstay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Family Weekend

Our big family enjoyed our stay here so much. It felt like home! We had a small communication hiccup abour maintenance but owner was responsive to us and we appreciate the solution provided. Other than that, overall response was great and timely. Great and quiet neighborhood to be in. The fireplace was a great amentity to the home. All rooms were as described. This place is one of the better rentals I have ever reserved.

The best VRBO stay I’ve had!

From start to finish our stay was amazing. I was celebrating my 26th birthday with 14 of my friends so it was tricky trying to gather money and get everyone’s travel plans together. The property manager, Keith worked with us and held our spot for a few days while I got the money together and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. This place is a lot bigger than I originally thought! It was perfect for the amount of people I had. It was a 15 minute Uber to downtown and everything we wanted to do! It is also in walking distance of Sprechers and about 5 minute drive to target. We were able to park all of ours cars and have enough room for other tenants to pull in and out. We went during a crazy -15 snow storm with 3 feet of snow and at 7am Saturday morning the property manager was outside snow blowing for us and making sure it was safe for us to walk on the driveway (how amazing!). Overall, I would book this place over and over again (we will be back for summer time!). I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Keith for making my birthday plans go smoothly and great!

One of the unique features of our property is the friendly neighborhood vibes, and wildlife (we have some permanent turkeys that hang out near the river in our backyard) located on a dead end. You'll often see neighbors out walking their dogs or children playing in the area. It's a safe and welcoming environment that's perfect for families or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
