Other IMPORTANT things to note:
* The Owner is available via email or messaging, but will not be at the resort; In addition, the resort concierge/front desk staff are also available for any questions you may have.
* Villa del Palma Resort & Spa is a 4 Diamond Luxurious Oceanfront Resort, and also a Vacation Club/Timeshare property. The Owner is a Vacation Club member and therefore we will need to confirm suite availability with the Resort Administrator for your traveling dates. The Owner's calendar you see on VRBO indicates either dates potentially (eg subject to availability) open or dates already booked by his other customers. If you see your dates are open, please Request to Book a reservation ASAP, and within 24 hours, Owner will call the Resort Administrator to determine availability and respond back to you, where you can simply book and deposit with VRBO (100% refund upon cancelation up until 30 days prior to arrival). Upon booking with VRBO, Owner will be informed, and will then forward to you the reservation confirmation for your desired unit type, dates and other Resort info. All of this process will normally take no more than 24 hrs..

* Photos you see on the Owner's VRBO site are Resort photos representing the Resort property, as well as its 1 BR/2 Bath suites. Neither Owner nor Resort can guarantee the exact location of the suite within the Resort prior to arrival; however the earlier you book, the better the chances of getting where you want.
* Guests have daily housekeeping service at no charge (gratuities are optional but very much appreciated).
* No charges for use of the tennis court or gym/fitness center (reservations required).
* Spa services are fee-based.
* The All Inclusive package is optional and available at check-in.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this resort offer safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.
Bathrooms include showers, and hair dryers. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms. Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis.
