The hot tub worked and was very relaxing after returning from the game. Jai was amazing! The neighborhood is safe neighborhood. I would recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy yourself. Walmart is very close by and so are some of the restaurants.

Toilet paper and paper towels were not replenished, there was a used coffee pod left in the Kuerig, laundry was left in the washer and dryer

Great for a group of friends

3 couples all had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great to cook in and there was plenty of chairs to eat together.

Hot Tub Not included

Hot tub was empty, filled with dirt and bird poop. Told to clean and fill it myself. Sent photos, got no response. Towels we in the dryer. 15 min from Broadway. Excellent check-in and out process.

Disappointing

The hot tub was broken and unusable. The owner did not tell us that before we arrived. When I tried to communicate with him about it, he stopped responding to me. The kitchen is poorly stocked. I would not recommend.

Over all ok, Hot Tub did not work, was blammed for the neighbors guest pakring and blocking the driveway, over all a good place to stay.

Disappointed

We enjoyed Nashville but the place was not what we expected for the money we paid. Pros: upgraded kitchen & bath and the jacuzzi (even though it took 5 hours not 2 as described the first night we tried to use it). Cons: limited bath towels and blankets. We were each given 1 towel and 1 wash rag and no pillow cases, only shams. We ended up having to do laundry since we had to use the towels for the hot tub too. Broken indoor and outdoor lights along with no electricity in one of the bedrooms upon arrival. Maintenance fixed the lighting but the electrical problem never got fixed. Floors were not thoroughly cleaned as we had black on our feet/socks the first night. There is nothing to do around the area except a restaurant here and there. Fine if you intend to go to Nashville everyday. Our hopes were to have a day closer to the place for a change which wasn’t possible, anything to do always required an Uber ride. The worst part of our experience was the complete lack of follow-up by the owner. Their responses were delayed and it required me having to call when not hearing from them. No one ever came to fix the electricity the second time or followed up on the problems that we had addressed. First time ever in a VRBO that I’ve had to give a bad review and that’s unfortunate. Issues come up with places, it’s how the owner responds that will make or break the experience you have. Hopefully this will help for better preparation of the next guests.

Nice, needs some repairs.

We stayed just 1 night here in Nashville before our flight home. Inside looked recently redone(still some ladders and stuff around). The inside of the house was nice and clean, beds were made and everything looked good. The kitchen was clean, and the fridge and stove as well. The pots needed scrubbing before use. Showers all had good preasure and worked well, clean too. I would stay again, if a little cheaper. Now for the few little gripes/negatives...There was an electrical problem on the first floor bedroom, someone wired the outlet wrong by the bed, so a lamp had to be pluged in for the rest of the outlets, and ceiling lights/fan to work. The lights going up to the roof top deck didnt work, and only 1 light out on the deck worked. The grill worked, and the fire pit worked. Grill could have been cleaner, but i scrubbed the hell out of it to cook. Worked well. The master walkin closet door handel fell off but the a screw was loose, no biggie. Inside 9 out of 10 for cleanliness, the roof deck 3 out of 10. Trash on the floor/cigarette buts. The sink was full of nasty water. The hot tub was warm but i wouldn't stick my hand in the water, it was nasty. With a few improvements, this place would be great. Lots of room if you have a big group. Just internet there, really old smart TV just has Netflix, no amazon or anything else. No TV on it either. Just 1 TV in the entire place. Needs some updating. Bare minimum mismatched furniture. Beds look newer.

Overall great place to stay - contacted manager about a few things to improve / work on - location was on point and would stay again if I come back into town.

Nashville stay

The house was perfect. We were in town for a hockey tournament and we’re able to sleep everyone comfortably. The only downside was the small amount of towels and pillows, but other than that it was perfect!

the place was really nice there was a couple small things that need attention but nothing to elaborate on not far from highway to get wherever needed and close to food and grocery stores
