This property is the ideal place for guests who wish to relax and enjoy the city. Located in the Upper East Side District, it places you a few steps away from plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, and other places of interest. Go for a swim to the North Beach, which is just a 15 minutes away, or take a 9-minute ride to enjoy the nature and some peace and some peace and quiet in the Morningside Park. Miami International Airport is just about 16 minutes away.

You can enjoy all the amenities and equipment the apartment has to offer. And we invite you to visit the shared lounge are at the back of the property, where you can relax and meet your neighbors over a glass of iced tea or juice.

Our unit is located on the second floor, you must climb stairs.

The apartment is equipped with towels (no washcloths) 1 shampoo, 1 soap, and 2 toilet paper rolls. Please be advised that this a privately owned unite and therefore, the replenishment of these items is not provided.
IMPORTANT
It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well.

If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.

•Smoking is prohibited inside the property and in the common areas. A fine of $300 will be applied in case of violation.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Carpet Stains (spills): $50


Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
