The portal also includes optional concierge requests such as early check-in, late checkout, and additional amenities, all subject to availability and approval.
Use of the portal beyond the required screening step is entirely optional. Guests are welcome to explore local restaurant guides, curated recommendations, and available services at their discretion.
At select residences, guests may have the option to purchase a non-refundable Damage Waiver providing limited accidental contents protection. Certain properties that issue physical access items such as keys, fobs, or parking passes may require a refundable $250 access credential deposit, similar to a hotel pre-authorization, which is released after checkout, provided all items are returned, and no replacement costs are incurred.
