Wonderful canyon cabin

A very comfortable canyon cabin very close to everything .. wonderful deck to sit out and enjoy the peaceful view we saw deer and elk visit the property enjoyed using gas grill on deck for dinner .., very quiet and peaceful stay. Also nice smart tvs. Would recommend and def would stay there on our next visit.

Very relaxing week

Antlers Cabin was a great place to get away and relax. Very quiet, but two minutes from restaurants and shopping. We saw lots of wildlife that made it fun to sit out and enjoy the deck.

Birthday trip.

Stayed 3 nights with my sister and cousin for a girls trip for my birthday. It was a very comfortable stay. First night a wild horse scared us while in the hottub, very exciting. Would stay again.

Ruidoso Getaway

Great location close to everything Ruidoso has to offer! Close to town but in a very quiet area. Porches are great and relaxing. The home is well appointed and had everything you could need. Eric was a wonderful host and was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet mountain getaway

From three different decks you'll be able to see elks and deers grazing between properties. Barely any traffic other than neighbors. Quiet and serene atmosphere to relax with and enjoy the escape from every day's rat race.

We have been going to Ruidoso for years, and our stay at this Cabin, suggestions, communication with the property owner was one of our best experiences. The property owner really cares on your stay, and his availability and response time is great. Highly recommended!

Nice place in the hills

Excellent communication with the host! The pictures accurately represent the home. The location is close to mid town, Grindstone Lake and Inn of the Gods. The hot tub was great after day trips. The house is clean and the bed linens were nice and soft. We saw numerous deer and birds. We would stay here again.

Great location and awesome cabin

My son who is 25, my self and my 15 lb Shorky, really loved the location and how awesome the cabin is. The only thing the dishes that was put up from the dishwasher was not cleaned from the last guest. This dishwasher is a little tricky once you press start it does not always start. So coffee cups, plates and silverware was dirty. You could see in the dishwasher it was not run. Egg shells on the kitchen floor and the trash in the down stair bathroom the trash was not emptied. Nothing that was not a easy fix. Over all it was a great stay.

Great setting and location but…..

The setting of the home is lovely. We saw wildlife and it was a quiet neighborhood close to town. The house and furnishings are in much need of being updated. Other than some very disappointing “cleansing bars” provided in the bathrooms, there were no other toiletries. The toilet paper was transparent. The house did not seem thoroughly cleaned when we arrived as we found pieces of candy wrappers and misc trash in various places on the floor. Although the shutters will open, the house is very dark inside. There was enough space for two couples to sit and visit in the living room and on front patio. We were never really enticed to use the extra external room. We did not cook and can’t speak to how the kitchen is stocked. Providing a few inexpensive easy items, removal of carpet on stairs and some TLC would perhaps help visitors overlook the dated home.

This cabin was amazing! Beautiful views, close to the city and if you forget something they have stuff there! A home away from home! Plus all the safety futures made us feel safe! The host are very communicative if you have questions!

Midweek gateway

Enjoyed our mini getaway. Place had everything we needed and it was just as pictured. It was definitely a relaxing end of the week. We enjoyed being able to bird watch and see the deer around the neighborhood. Host made sure to communicate clearly with us, so everything ran smoothly.
