The Space:

Packed with amenities, this cabin is 7 min from Gem mining, riverside dining, Aska Trails and Chattahoochee National Forest for hiking and mountain biking; 15 min from charming Downtown BR dining and shopping, Serenity Spa, grocery shopping, etc and will accommodate up to 12 guests. This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom cabin rental is perfect for large families and groups of friends! Its location is the perfect spot for the adventurous travelers! The drive to this cabin is one of the prettiest drives you will find in Blue Ridge and the roads are fully paved. Whether you're hanging out on the porches/decks and grilling, playing games, cozying up next to the fireplaces, soaking up beautiful sunsets, relaxing in the hot tub, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the gorgeous lake and mountain views provide the perfect backdrop to your getaway in the mountains!



The main floor features windows and a large back porch that highlight the mountains and beautiful Lake Blue Ridge! The living room has beautiful furnishings, a wood fireplace (firewood is not provided but can be purchased through the management company for delivery), a Smart TV with Dish satellite, and a coffee bar with a Keurig/drip coffee maker combo.

The main level porch has outdoor seating, a stone wood fireplace, and a bar to help you enjoy lounging while soaking up the gorgeous view.



The dining room table seats 6 with 2 extra seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with some pantry space, ice maker, kettle, knife set, scissors, mixing utensils, spices, measuring utensils, cutting boards, BBQ utensils, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, wine opener, bottle opener, can opener, wine glasses, pizza cutter, peeler, strainer, casserole pans, baking sheets, muffin pans, mixing bowls, blender, toaster. There is a gas grill on the porch that uses propane tanks.



The main floor features 2 bedrooms. The first is a King Master Suite with a Satellite/Streaming TV, walk in closet with a stair gate, pack n play, iron and ironing board, lake and mountain views, porch access, and a private attached bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with a Satellite/Streaming TV. This level has a bathroom with a tub shower and there is a laundry area with a washer and dryer for guests to use as needed.



The open loft features two queen beds and a Streaming/Satellite TV.



The lower level features a second living room with a Satellite/Streaming TV and games, as well as a separate room with a pool table! There are two bedrooms on this level. Both have king beds and Satellite/Streaming TVs, and they are separated by a bathroom with a tub shower.

The lower level screened in porch features a 6-person hot tub and outdoor seating!



The gorgeous views, close distance to tons of outdoor activities, and the cabin amenities make Sharin A Lakeview the perfect cabin for your next vacation or getaway in the mountains of Blue Ridge Georgia!



The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.



Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.



$75 pet fee per dog (4 dogs maximum) and all dogs must be house trained and over 18 months old. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking and we will send you a request for the pet fees. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated if left alone at the cabin, and to pick up after them in the yard.



Please note this cabin is in a neighborhood and there are neighbors close to the cabin.



No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)
