Encantador y confortables 3 sala de casa de la ciudad a sólo 100 metros de la playa Minitas rodeados de un hermoso jardín tropical. Interiores de madera, confortables habitaciones y agradable y fresco en el exclusivo Resort Casa de Campo en la República Dominicana.
Nuestra casa está a cinco minutos andando de la playa ya 5 minutos de viaje a los dos Teeth of the Dog, The Links y Club de campo de golf. También estamos muy bien situado para visitar la encantadora Altos de Chavón o el puerto deportivo y sus tiendas y restaurantes.
Situado en un hermoso jardín rodeado de árboles espectaculares, plantado con orquídeas, cactáceas y otras plantas tropicales ..
Relájese después de un día de natación, explorar o jugar al golf en el hermoso jacuzzi naturaleza o cenar bajo las estrellas en el patio.
La casa está cuidadosamente decorado con objetos y muebles traídos de nuestros viajes.

Excellent location close to the beach! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and truly feels like home. Teresa and Francheska were always willing to accommodate any of our needs, and Anabella was incredibly kind—she checked in before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. We had an amazing time here. If we ever need a place in the area again, we will definitely consider this property!

We had the best stay at Casa de Campo in Anabelle’s beautiful home. The location is perfect and the house had everything you could need on a vacation. Also, Marisa and Margarita were amazing hosts and we can’t wait to come back.

Our Second Stay

This was our second visit to this property by Minitas Beach and we could not have loved it more! The owner/manager was so responsive and communicative, the staff sweet and kind. The home is so beautiful and so close to the beach. We will be back!

Great location.

We enjoyed this home very much. The issues we had were: the jacuzzi's heat pump was broken and some of the jets did not work, and the downstairs shower did not have hot water.

Best location at the resort

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at this property. The house is spacious, with many cozy seating areas. The bedrooms are large and comfortable.It is situated on a lovely piece of landscaped property across from the MInitas Beach Club. It is equidistant from the marina and the hotel, making it an easy golf cart ride in either direction. The host is very responsive and caring.

Great First Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our toddler as well as another couple and their toddler and it could not have been an easier or better trip. Anabella is an amazing host, she was so accommodating in the time leading up to our vacation as we prepared (we had a lot of questions, it was our first time traveling with our daughter) and everything was arranged seamlessly. The housekeepers are so sweet—they prepared a lovely breakfast each morning and were great with the kids. We would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful vacation. Annabella was the best host. So friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions. Very accommodating. And Marissa was a pleasure. She prepared breakfast and lunch every day and it was always delicious. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful and Relaxing Escape

We enjoyed a wonderful "girls trip" for three nights in this beautiful property. We had just come off a week long mission trip in Santo Domingo and the moment we walked into the house we felt at ease. The two ladies who work there made us feel right at home and didn't let us lift a finger. The house is literally across the street from the beach and we were able to enjoy all that Casa de Campo has to offer. I'm quite sure we will be returning in future years.

Beautiful Villa with Excellent Staff

The host, Anabella, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet our family’s needs during our week-long vacation. The villa is beautiful; you can immediately feel the love that went into furnishing the home as soon as you enter through its stunning wooden carved doors. And the gardens were beautifully landscaped and covered with orchids. The villa’s location directly in front of the beach club could not be more convenient. And the best part of our stay - Margarita and Marisa! We woke up every morning to a delicious Dominican breakfast and came home everyday to an equally delicious dinner. They were excellent, and such wonderful company. We couldn’t have asked for more, and will definitely be back.

location location location- beach vacation!

If you are going to Casa de Campo for a beach vacation, this villa is perfect. We are beach lovers, so the proximity to Minitas beach made it ideal for us. you only have to walk across the back yard and you are at the beach, no need to bother taking the golf cart and people in your party can wander back and forth at their convenience! The house is extremely neat and clean and has an old world spanish charm. Juana and Delia are a staff that is ready to meet any need you might have. The language barrier was a bit tricky but we found it to be like a learning game for all of us. They made breakfast and served it outside next to a delightful hot tub with a waterfall rock wall that was so tranquil. The owner is a phone call away and is there for all of your needs. Make sure to secure a golf cart before you arrive as sometimes the villa owners club has low availability depending on the events of the week. The proximity to the driving range, hotel and marina make this villa a very central excellent location! I look forward to returning to this lovely home!

Great Location - Use bug repellant

We weren't expecting full-time help, but we were happy to have them! It's one of the best property locations as Casa de Campo. Being across the street from the beach club meant we could get the best food, drinks, pool time, and be the closest to the place where other people in the wedding party gathered was super convenient and helpful, especially with a toddler. The house is open air, with the bedrooms having great ACs that really cooled those spaces well. We did have to learn about the mosquitoes the hard way. Each of us got a few bites the first day and had to be a bit more vigilant about applying Off! Also, make sure your airport transfer stops you by the beach club and not the hotel lobby. The check-in was at the beach club (where they have the towels). We also recommend getting the golf cart. We declined the one that the host offered but within a couple hours, a taxi driver offered us one at a much higher rate. We negotiated it down, but it's something to be aware of. The weather was great, the kitchen was well-appointed and we even got to watch fireworks from the back porch. Great time!

Beautiful and most interesting home with great artifacts and books

The two ladies who took care of us were amazing. So close to the beach and yet a world away from the action. This home has so many different and special sitting areas to read, think and relax. We will definitely return.

Best Villa Location in Casa de Campo

A group of friends and I had the fortunate opportunity to stay in this lovely villa for 5 days this past month. This beautiful villa is the best location out of any villa in the resort. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach, adult pool, and beach club restaurant. 10 minute golf cart ride from the marina, supermarket, and other restaurants. Very close to the golf course as well. Would absolutely recommend this place to all renters. Our chef and maid were amazing and truly made sure our stay was the best it could be. Thank you Anabella for all of your help!

Tranquilo!

The Apartamento-villa was gorgeous, so comfortable, and spacious. We loved the place desperately and really appreciated the use of the golf cart and the proximity to the fantastic beach. The vacation was described as “lit” by my teenagers- so you know it was great. 🤗 Anabella and the staff at the house were so accommodating and helpful, esp with our grade school Spanish. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Place, Great Location, Wonderful House Team

The property is spacious and decorated beautifully. The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned and the remainder of the house stays very comfortable given the open nature of the house. There is ample space for hanging and putting away clothing if you plan to stay for a long time; we were there 7 full days. We could not have asked for a better location or accommodations for our business related trip. Ilsia, the House keeper/Cook/Wonder Lady was a pleasure to spend time with. She is Spanish speaking only so know that going in. It was fine with us as 2 of the 3 staying there were reasonably well versed in Spanish. We certainly plan to stay there again when business calls. Great Holiday Stay

We had an amazing Christmas Holiday and this beautiful retreat house. The 2 ladies that staff the property prepared excellent breakfasts and lunches during our stay. They even prepared homemade desserts for us like flan and bread pudding. The beds were firm and the lines were soft. The house was impeccably clean at all times. Even though this is a beach house, you could walk around barefoot and never feel a grain of sand. One of the best things about this house is that it is right across from Minitas Beach which has 3 amazing pools, shops, water sports and one of the best restaurants in Casa de Campo. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location in comfortable villa walking distance to the beach

Enjoyed our four day stay in Casa de Campo at this home which is across the street from the beach. Home is very comfortable with three bedrooms (all AC), kitchen, and wonderful places to read/eat/relax. Only downside is that staff did not speak English and we are not fluent in Spanish. We ate breakfasts at the house but otherwise, ate out for lunch and dinners. Owner, Anabel was wonderful! Comfortable stay.

Wonderful Birthday Celebration at Casa de Campo!

My family had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway to Casa de Campo in celebration of my wife's 60th Birthday. On our arrival, we figured out a meal plan with Ilsia, who accompanied us to the super market where we bought the necessary ingredients for the delicious breakfasts and lunches that she and the other delightful woman on the staff (whose name I can’t remember) prepared for us. The villa worked perfectly for the six of us and the location just a short walk from the beach was ideal. We loved the feel of the house with the eclectic mix of interesting antiques, beautiful wood and the many comfortable and varied indoor and outdoor social areas. We had wonderful dinners at Minitas Beach Club on Friday and Sunday evenings and had a special birthday celebration at SBG Casa de Campo at the marina on Saturday evening. Each evening was better than the last! We especially enjoyed a little dance party with the six of us on Saturday after dinner (that I hope did not disturb anyone), and had fun playing a board game and watching a movie on Sunday evening. Our days were spent down at the beach relaxing, reading our books, swimming and taking walks. We also lucked out with the weather, which was perfect the entire time. All in all our weekend at Casa de Campo turned out better than any of us possibly imagined!

Amazing place full of character and perfect location!

We were there for a friends wedding and had the perfect trip. Illsia & Ommie (apologies if I spelled either incorrectly), who are the live-in cook and maid, were so pleasant to be around (always smiling) and incredibly helpful with anything from ironing a shirt to joining us at the grocery and cooking amazing meals (which we still aren't sure how they pulled all of the ingredients together from what we purchased). The house was full of character highlighted by the outdoor dining area that contains a hanging vine that always seemed to be blooming new flowers. The house was perfectly located a few hundred feet from the beach so it was very walk-able but why walk when you can take a golf cart. Last but not least, Anabella was a great host and super responsive. We will certainly be back, it is just a matter of when and how often. On that note, we highly recommend this place!

Great place, location, amenities and staff !

Wonderful villa that was much larger than we expected providing a relaxed atmosphere for a large group. It easily accommodated six people with spacious seating & dinning areas both inside and out. The owner was helpful and responsive in answering our questions. The staff were friendly, attentive and trustworthy. As advertised it's a short 100 meter walk to the beach and quick golf cart rides to marina and hotel. Our whole group loved it and will return.

We love hearing the birds in the morning or just go out the door for an incredible jog through Casa de Campo or a game of golf or tennis. We are also very close to the Marina and all its restaurants or to the incredible village of Altos de Chavon
