Located within steps to the bus stop which takes you to Port Authority bus terminal near Times Square in NYC, as well as a free Ferry Shuttle which takes you to the Ferry for an even faster commute over!
Enjoy a nice stroll on the Hudson River walkway with breathtaking views of the NYC skyline or eat at any one of the local restaurants- including a delicious brick oven pizzeria downstairs!

When you walk in the front door you’ll see the living room and kitchen both well-lit with floor to ceiling windows facing the Hudson River. The couch, conveniently pulls down into a queen Murphy bed after you stow away the 4 cushions that make up the couch.
Through the kitchen you’ll find the bathroom which has a bathtub shower so you can either enjoy a bath, or shower.
Across the hall, you’ll have access to a washer/dryer.
At the end of the unit will be your spacious main bedroom which has a queen bed as well as a twin Murphy bed which you can pull down from one of the two double door closets.
This property security includes cameras in the garage overseeing their car as well as within the stairway as they enter the building.
Enjoy the outdoors or fresh air with an attached balcony off the bedroom.
Guest access
Guests will be able to enjoy access to the garage should they need access to parking as well as the rental unit. **as a notice of importance, please note that our elevators are not operational at this time and unforeseeable future so expect to walk up roughly 10 steps to get to and from your unit from the main entrance.**

Originally a Wisconsin native, I moved out to New Jersey back in 2013. I always had the dream of becoming a landlord - and having my guests’ stay be one to remember, in all the best ways! I currently have this home, another short term stay down in Bradley Beach & another in Killington, VT!

Centrally located in Edgewater right off River Rd, you have the convenience of being in the middle of it all- and a convenient bus stop out front to get to and from Port Authority Bus Terminal with ease for your NYC trips. Nothing like a NYC trip for half the price and twice the room for what you’d get for a NYC hotel!
