On the upper deck you can soak up the sun, enjoy a tranquil coffee in the morning or take in the spectacular sun sets over the Las Gigantes mountains. In the side yard, stroll through the small garden to cool off in your private pool or relax after dinner around the fire table. The ambience of this unique 3-bedroom home will pull you in as you walk in the door.
Cook in the chef-appointed kitchen or enjoy one of Loreto Bay's world class restaurants. After your meal, stroll around Loreto Bay's walking paths, enjoying the bountiful display of flora and distinctive desert plants. The birds will serenade you until you reach the ocean, just a 2-minute walk away. Just steps away is the 10th fairway if you fancy a round of golf or jump on the supplied bikes and take a spin around the neighborhood's.
The well-supplied kitchen is made for cooks with its upgraded appliances and many extras. The roomy main living room has a smart TV, an apple TV and sound system. The dining room opens onto a pergola-covered BBQ centre and sitting-area.
The two Master bedrooms with ensures have comfy king beds and Mexican-themed furniture. The second-level master looks out to the mountains while the first-level master has French doors opening to the pool. The third bedroom, with French doors to the upper patio and a view to the mountains, has a queen bed with another TV and Chromecast.
