Park Avenue Condominiums are a quiet, conveniently located community in Foley, AL. We are less than 8 miles to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Tanger Outlets, Walmart, many delicious restaurants and family friendly entertainment attractions and shopping. You can also find OWA Amusement Park, Tropic Falls Indoor and Outdoor WaterPark, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf at Orange Beach and the Awesome 10,000 seat Ampitheater! If you are in town for sports tournaments, you will find the Foley Sportsplex less than 3 miles away.
This beautifully updated 3bedroom/2 bath, ground floor condo sleeps 6 people and has a fully stocked kitchen with new dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Our condo offers very comfortable bedding, fresh new towels and linens and dining room seating for 6! We also have large screen smart tv's. You can also sit and relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on the shaded and quiet screened in patio.

For the avid fisherman and golfers, there are many boat charters and popular golf courses nearby.

We hope you will consider our condo for your next visit to the beautiful Gulf Coast of Alabama! We look forward to your stay.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were able to check in earlier than expected which was a plus. It was very nice, spacious, and clean. We loved the decor, and the fact there was a private washer/dryer. The onsite pool was a nice touch as well, the kids enjoyed that the most. There was a little “hiccup” when we first arrived but Rose handled the situation within a timely manner. She even offered us the option to check out at a later time so the kids could enjoy the pool one last time, due to the pool closing early one day.

Better than advertised

Spent three nights. Property was better than advertised. Location made it easy to get to the beach, but far enough away from the Gulf Shores tourist traffic. Great location to if you want to explore Soitheen Alabama.

Soccer tournament with grandsons

This was the perfect VRBO for our weekend in Foley for soccer. The condo was just as described and the host was so welcoming and helpful. We hope to stay again the next time we are in the area!

Finally! A condo just as clean,comfortable as described!

My husband and I have been vacationing in the Foley/Gulf Shores area for many years and have had some trouble finding a place to stay that is clean, has comfortable furniture and has a well outfitted, usable kitchen. We recently stayed in this Park Avenue condo for almost two weeks and could not have been more pleased. It surpassed our expectations. We were able to control the heat/cooling settings ourselves, there was an abundance of hot water, all the appliances worked well, and all the TV's worked well and easily. To top it all off, this condo is attractively decorated. We had friends staying in three other condos in this development and "our" condo compared very favorably to theirs. Our group goes to Alabama mainly for golf. We found the Foley location to work very well because it's close to several good golf courses and is only a short drive away from many others. It's also convenient to grocery stores and some very fine shopping areas. It's far enough away from the beach that traffic usually runs smoothly in any direction. And if we want to go to the beach, it's no more than 30 minutes away - even in heavier traffic.Park Avenue Condos is located in a nice residential area of Foley. This was important to me because I'm a walker and there were wide, clean and walkable sidewalks in all directions. We have previously stayed in condo developments that opened directly onto busy highways with no sidewalks. We're looking forward to staying in this lovely condo next year.

Soccer family

We loved the condo that we stayed in. It was very clean and big enough for my family to each have their own space. We were there for a soccer tournament and the property manager was very helpful. She communicated from the beginning to the end of our stay, I would recommend them to anyone going to Foley, Alabama.

The Prettiest Condo Ever

This condo was the prettiest, most updated, fantastic VRBO we've ever booked. We were in Alabama for a softball event and we booked the condo after learning that other team members were in the same subdivision. Of all our team members, our was the most attractively furnished, the most stocked with plates, utensils, bowls, glasses, etc. There were even our favorite coffee mugs, by coincidence. We would most definitely book this specific condo again if we are ever headed back to the Foley area. It's close to stores, close to restaurants, close to the fields and only a 20 minute trip to the beach.

Softball Tournament

My family stayed at this location for our daughter’s softball tournament. Most of the tournament fields were 8 to 10 minutes away. It is located close to most restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The pool was nice. Check in was easy and the property manager was available if we needed anything.

The condo was great. Very clean and very well stocked with towels, linens, dishes and supplies including full size washer and dryer. Excellent location. We were very comfortable staying here and we will definitely rent again in the future.

Summer Trip

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It’s close to restaurants and stores. We were here for family trip to water park. Tropic Falls was only a few minutes away. The manager is very nice and responds to any questions you may have quickly. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Condo for Families

We loved this condo! ❤️ It was perfect for our family and I would definitely recommend it to others that are planning a trip to Foley, AL. It was centrally located for all the activities that we had planned. The condo has beautiful decor and we really enjoyed the screened in porch! We will definitely be coming back here someday!

Our stay at the condo was really wonderful. Check in was a breeze. The owners are very responsive to messages. The overall feel of the condo is home away from home. Very clean. Decorated very cute as well. Coffee on the patio was my favorite. The condo was well stocked. It even had ziploc bags and extra trash bags. Which I found was a great touch. The pool was awesome. Our 2 boys loved it. Grocery store and Walmart are very close. Super convenient. It’s 5 minutes away from the outlet mall and OWA. Multiple restaurants for quick bites to eat as well as some sit down places. The beach was about 15 minutes away. I’d recommend this to any family looking for a quiet place off the beaten path to stay.
