Perfect option for my daughter’s graduation from King University. Easy walk to a grocery store and to the university. We were able to avoid the chaos of trying to park. House was very clean and comfortable.

Check-in was a breeze. The house was charming, and the host thought of everything. We appreciated the level of detail. All the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of games and reading materials to keep us busy during the downtimes. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was convenient to the Bristol Sportsplex, where we were attending a pro pickleball tournament. Grocery store was nearby.

Girls Trip to Bristol!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Thank you so much! We had a blast and it was so convenient to everything. So easy to stop by the house if we needed to. And I slept like a rock. Very peaceful neighborhood. :)

Clean and convenient

We were comfortable here. Plenty of space for 4 people. Close to downtown and The Fly Box. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Great locations

We came for the Bristol night race. The property was close to everything we needed. The cottage was clean, beds were comfortable, and the host always responded quickly when I had a question.

Cute spot

The house is super cute and in a quiet neighborhood. There were deer in the yard every morning. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms and nice, cold A/C! We really enjoyed the house at the end of very busy days and will return.

Location, location

The house is perfectly located for activities in Virginia or Tennessee. We had a high school reunion and other activities, and we never more than 10-20 minutes from any of them. The host answered all our questions. Would stay here again

Clean and Quiet

Property was as advertised, nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to CVS and grocery store and a short drive to downtown. We even got to see a deer in the front yard on our last morning - It was a fun surprise!

Just ok

The house was cute but there were some issues inside - the tub faucet in the primary bathroom dripped continuously, there were no towels in the second bathroom (finally found them in the dryer), the area rug in the living room was curled causing a tripping hazard, minimal cookware, the gas grill and grill tools were too dirty to use, no ice cube trays, the large outside trash can was almost full when we arrived. The multi-plug towers in each bedroom were good to have and appreciated. The decor was relaxing.

Charming ranch

This home has been updated with love. It is clean and comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. It worked perfectly for the 4 adults we had staying. Nice quiet neighborhood yet close to shops.

Racing fun

5 adults we came down for the weekend. Half of us went to racetrack for races and the other half spent the day shopping and then relaxed at the house watching TV. It was a short fun packed get away

Super Close To King University

House was great! We cooked several meals. The kitchen was very well equipped & the gas grill was also a bonus! My college son was well fed as were his friends. We would stay here again!
