Welcome to Sunset Blues! Located just 1.5 hours outside of Atlanta, you'll fall in love with our cozy a-frame-cabin the minute you experience a sunset from our private hot tub!

The cabin is located in the clouds, just minutes from Fort Mountain State Park, giving guests the opportunity to explore one of Georgia's largest state parks and historical sites.

The space:
This 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom cabin is ideal for guests and families who are looking for a relaxing and unique getaway! Whether you are wanting to curl up with a book, play games in our private yard or simply take in the amazing views, this place is perfect for any kind of adventurer!

Each bedroom includes a queen bed, suitcase rack and a private bathroom with a shower. Each bathroom has toiletries for guests to enjoy and plenty of towels for those staying multiple nights.

Our kitchen comes stocked with cooking utensils, spices, coffee, tea and plenty of sugar. Our kitchen table seats 4 comfortably and even offers a sunset view if you decide to stay in. The laundry room is located next to the kitchen and is available for all guests to use exclusively.

Our thoughtfully decorated living room comes complete with plenty of cozy space to relax, a wood burning fireplace, plenty of extra blankets, unique lighting, stacks of board games and a TV for those wanting to end the night with a classic movie.

And for our families who are traveling with small kids, we provide a Pack-and-Play, child gate, outlet covers, utensils and plates, sippy cups and books for your family to enjoy :)

Looking to explore outside of Chatsworth? We are conveniently close to the following attractions:
-10 minutes to Fort Mountain State Park
-30 minutes from Ellijay, GA
-30 minutes from Dalton, GA
-1 hour from Chattanooga, TN

Guest access:
Our guests have full access to the house, garage and property and will check in/out with a smart lock. The garage has enough space for 1 vehicle and we ask that no more than 2 cars are parked in the driveway at a time.

Other things to note:
Our gravel driveway is shared with 4 other homes, so we ask that guests respect our neighbors privacy by keeping all vehicles parked in our driveway/garage and please keep the outside noises to a minimum after 9PM.

The neighborhood dog, Lucy, might make an appearance to greet any new guests, so please do not be alarmed if you see her or any other animals while staying at our cabin.

Please also remember that this is a cabin located near the woods on the face of a mountain. This means there may be mud, wind, pollen, bugs, snakes, temporary power outages, dirt, leaves, dust, and fallen trees. There are bears and bees and crickets and frogs that can be noisy. Be mindful of outdoor animals and please do not leave food or drinks outside near the porch/hot tub. The driveway is made of gravel and can get icy during the winter months (we will allow cancellations due to inclement weather but require the guest to contact us 24 hours prior to arrival). The cabin is professionally cleaned after every single guest, but we do expect the guests to do minimal tidying up before check out.
