Beach view is amazing. The apartment was big, clean, has everything we need and everything worked. Plenty of parking. Needs some cosmetic catch.

Overall it was good,ive srayed in other condos there before..this one definitely needs a deep cleaning an the dishwasher didnt work!..called the manager they were on it but it need to be replaced an they needed to contact the owner so we had no dishwasher the whole wk!..i will definitely stay at the summitt again but probably not this unit!!..

When we first got to our room. We had issues. There was a fan and light remote missing. The refrigerator needs attention. Broken shelves and duct tape holding it. One of the beds in the second room is broken. Luckily no one had to sleep in it and several light bulbs not working and many outlets don't work. But overall we had a great time. This condo needs some attention for sure.

Only half of the light switches and outlets worked there were only a couple pans the elevators were down half the time and we were on the 15th floor the fridge was ducktaped the dishwasher didnt work and on our last night there we found bed bugs

For this to be a penthouse it seems to be lacking in cleanliness, the refrigerator was broken, the icemaker was broken, the walls seemed dirty and needing painting, electrical outlets that did not work, the dishwasher did not work until about midway during the week. Overall, this property just needs to be updated and taken care of.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect and being in the 15th floor was awesome with the views. The main dissatisfaction of this condo were the mattresses—they were the most uncomfortable and you couldn’t move without them squeaking and this was ALL the beds. Two of the ceiling fans/lights didn’t work in the king size bedrooms. The refrigerator definitely needs to be replaced, it works but the shelves are held together with masking tape. The toaster worked on one side but not the other. We had to clean out the oven ourselves bc it started smoking when we cooked some biscuits.

Very spacious, Bakini Bobs offers good food and drinks

Very spacious, overall easy process, cleanliness okay, a fresh coat of paint would go a long way, clothes and food left from previous tenant in drawer/cabinet and weren’t able to use the blender, sticky/funky, not sure if it works, buttons wouldn’t push down. Facility is dated, intermittent elevator issues. Overall 4/5. Over

Clean the place

Floors were filthy. The king bed near window was broken. The is so much dirt on top of fridge it was gross! There was one roll of toilet paper in the place. Let your guests know they need to bring other supplies, like dish washer soap, trash bags and toilet paper. The place has potential, but whoever cleans it does a poor job! Your feet are black if you walk around without shoes, sorry that is gross! Mop the floors!

First and last rental from this property

Property looks old and dirty. One of the bed my son slept in, the mattress was sunken down, like he was sleeping in a hole. Kitchen table, counter and bathroom sinks still dirty I had to wiped It down with Clorox and spray Lysol. When we arrived there was stuff in the master bathroom sink that they were sealing something in the bathtub that We were not able to used until the next day. The description said property was renovated 2023. That why I booked it in the first place. Just imagine before renovations 👎

Can You say Duct Tape and No instructions for operating their tv's or fans?

Stayed in same unit prior and was more impressed then versus since they have updated it. They need to hire a better contractor. Tv in Master bedroom was worthless since it didn't connect to wireless network. the ceiling fans with Remote controls were a nice touch if they were plugged in and possibly explained what switch to turn on to be able to use them. Bad batteries in remote control on other tv's no exhaust fan for over the stove. Plug in extra bathroom didn't work. I could go on for a while on issues like this. Don't lean on the railing on balcony as it is LOOSE. But the vacation was relaxing and peaceful and if I have a larger vacationing party again might stay here again. Otherwise 518 had a nice open house while we were there.

Needs work, several issues

The hot/ warm water didn’t work in master bedroom, ice cold. Other showers nearly warm. It was listed as having a hair dry, none in unit. Kitchen only had one cooking pan which was gross, had to buy a new one. So now you have a good one thanks to me. The batteries in remote’s went bad had to borrow from spare room and then another went dead, so bought new one's for master bedroom. And to top everything off we had a mouse in the unit. You need to take care of that problem.

Dirty Condo

The property itself is old. This condo was large enough for family. Condo was disgustingly dirty. We cleaned it first day. Cleaning crew didn’t show for 3 days. Will never stay here again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I gave 5 stars because the condo was very nice and clean and had plenty of room. But, I will not stay there again because the pool, hot tubs, bikini bobs, and the tiki bar close before dark. It was like 6 pm.

Fun stay. Adult kids, spouses, grandchild enjoyed the place. Nothing fancy. We cooked meals each night. Great views from either side of the building. Convenience store across the street. Several dining options within walking distance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was nice. Spacious living area with plenty of seating. Beds were comfy and hot water in shower. Location was good and property had nice amenities. We were disappointed that due to the property not having a license they closed the pool and hot tubs 30 minutes prior to sunset. We could not get fan remote to work in master bedroom and had to replace batteries in tv remotes but those are minor issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time and The Summit will be our place to stay every year!! Unit 1509 was PHENOMENAL!!! The only thing we didn’t like is that the pools close at dusk. The hot tub was shut down early too. That’s not a deal breaker for us though. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Wonderful Large Family Room with lots of room and space

Reviewer Comments: This room is great for our large family! it has two king beds, two queen beds and another king oceanfront room. and there are 3 full bathrooms! beds were cozy. great for our family of 11 (only one child, and 6 plus size folks). It is beautifully decorated and clean. They had updated their furniture from last year and it was very nice. The view is amazing. The elevators at the Summit are quick and we never waited long. The air work great and we had no issues.
