Hermosa casa unifamiliar en Eagle Terraza. Nuestra casa se encuentra en un tranquilo barrio orientado a la familia y está a poca distancia de parques, senderos y comodidades. El nivel superior consta de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, incluyendo el principal en suite y un patio trasero superior privada. La planta principal se completa con un amplio concepto de diseño abierto de la cocina y el salón, y tiene techos abovedados. La parte inferior de la casa tiene un baño completo y el tercer dormitorio, además de una oficina que se puede convertir en un cuarto dormitorio.

Great rental house

This house has everything you need and is a short walk to town. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Nice view too.

Must Stay!

We had a fabulous time in Canmore! The location was perfect, there were thoughtful touches and everything we needed or could want inside, and Craig was easy to get in touch with for any questions. We also loved getting onto the hiking trails within just steps of the front door. Thanks so much for hosting us at your incredible house!

Mobility issues with 4 levels

We did not stay even one night because we could not use the stairs to get to main level. We had inquired about stairs and were ok with 2 story home. We were told no stairs to front door after asking. But big surprise when you enter the house. No bathroom on main level. 16 steps to main level. Not good for folks with mobility issues. WE DID NOT STAY EVEN ONE NIGHT. WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND!

Great house!

Our family spent an extended stay here. We actually rented the house from April 2013 to July 2015 during a transition phase before buying a home in Canmore. This well-cared-for house has everything a family needs for enjoying Canmore, Banff and beyond. It is well laid-out for family gatherings, has great laundry machines, is comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the views are fantastic, the attached garage is convenient for storage of a vehicle and/or bikes, skis and other mountain toys. Parking is at a premium in Canmore and this house has space for two vehicles in the driveway in addition to the garage. The home's quiet, residential location is convenient to all the biking & hiking trails on that side of the valley plus it is walking distance to many useful places including: a popular restaurant known for its amazing views, a well-stocked corner store & bakery, a locals'-favorite breakfast & lunch bistro, a great new pizza place, a liquor store, a specialty wine shop, and a gourmet chocolate shop. For kids it is a very easy walk along a wooded trail to the nearby soccer field and playground (with hills perfect for winter tobbogganing and year-round spectacular views). The elementary school playground is just down the hill and offers another great option for kids (and, again, breathtaking views). All this, and it is convenient to all the amemities of downtown Canmore, with easy access to Banff; and the owners are helpful, reasonable, and generous in sharing their mountain home.

Great Summer Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Canmore and your beautiful home! We have rented houses via VRBO/Home Away for the last 15 years or so throughout North America, Costa Rica and Europe. Your home was EXACTLY as advertised and maybe even better! We sure appreciated the staples (I think we passed on even more for the next guests!), the Park Pass (what a small, but great gesture to give to your guests!), hiking books, and the cleanliness and quality of the home and its furnishings. We greatly appreciate your hiking, activity and restaurant suggestions via email. They were spot on. Wish we had another week to enjoy even more of them. What a great area of the world that you get to enjoy every day! Looking forward to the next time (maybe winter??) and hopefully being able to rent your home again. My wife, three 20-something daughters, a fiancee, and a long-time boyfriend all thank you for a great 8 days!!

Wonderful Summer Month

We, five adults, had an exceedingly pleasant stay mid-July to mid-August in this home. It is well furnished and equipped, in excellent condition and the spaciousness portrayed by the photos is truly there. From it, we conveniently explored the beauty of Banff, Yoho and Kootenay National Parks, Banff, Lake Louise and Kananaskis Country. Tough hikes for the younger of us and easy ones for the elder were found nearby - even one, leading to others, right across the street. From Canmore, waterfalls, canyons, lakes, wildlife, mountain scenery and cultural activities are easily accessed. The personnel at the Canmore Visitor Center were very helpful in our activity planning. Similar to the previous report, while relaxing on the upper deck in the late afternoon, we were twice visited by a sizeable male deer.

Wonderful Home!

My husband, two sisters, and brother- in- law stayed at Craig's home for 1 week. The home is exactly as pictured. The views of the mountains from the patio and living room are great! The home is well equiped and we would go back in a heartbeat. I was surprised that there was only 1 review on VRBO as the house is rented often per the guest book. I wanted to add a review since we enjoyed ourselves so much. Great location in Canmore. Close to Banff and Lake Louise. Good for family's as well. Craig the owner responds same day and is great to communicate with.

Fantastic Family Christmas 2011

What a view! Every morning the adults sat around the kitchen table watching the sun peak over the mountains while enjoying our first coffee of the day! Being so mesmerized by the view made each day of our vacation most up-lifting and grateful for the opportunity afforded by the very location of the house. We were even blessed by the appearance of a deer just off the rear patio. Our grandaughters were ecstatic by this wildlife outside our door.Craig and Yolanda were excellent hosts; we found the house clean and well- provided with all the amenities of home.They were eager to make sure all our concerns and questions were addressed. The town setting is very appealing although we would have appreciated having illuminated steet signs to help us find the addresses at night. The four level floor plan is architectually appealing, since we all ate the normal Christmas goodies and did not gain a pound. Life can resume without our normal exercise regime to lose the pounds gained through our over-indulgences. Even Grandma says she is in far better shape.The children enjoyed the skiing, skating and walking in nature.The toys,puzzles and games provided hours of entertainment in the evenings. We all loved the accomodations and would gladly reccommend your home to future tenants. Thank you for the opportunity of vacationing as a family.
