Our prime location is walking distance to excellent local dining, shopping, and the Navarre Park. Amenities include on-site boat parking, communal sand area with a tiki hut, grills, corn hole games, and a cozy fire pit for evening relaxation. Easily reserve a single cottage or up to all nine units for your large gathering. We promise an effortless and truly unforgettable coastal stay!

Cozy stay and very close to the beach.

We loved our stay at the sum beaches paradise. The house was very clean and cozy for our family. The drive to the beach was only about five minutes away. We will definitely chose the sum beaches again for our stay and recommend to family and friends.

Great weekend with family

We had a great time! My sister and her family also had a cottage so the back tiki hut was our spot! Morning coffee in the swings to corn hole in the evenings was perfect. The beach and food options were minutes away.

Linda’s property was perfect for our Florida vacation! We loved the location and how close to the beach, restaurants and parks it was. She had everything there for my littles so it made it so much easier because I didn’t need to bring the big items for them. We are already planning another trip there for the holidays!!

Relaxing Retreat

The unit was super clean and everything inside was so well organized. The concept they have tried to create there is awesome. The neighborhood was so quiet yet your a couple minutes from the beach and just a couple blocks from a windixie and minutes to a Publix. We will be staying here again.

Fantastic Stay With family and friends

These are the most adorable clean spacious cottages reasonably priced They are in a great location, close to everything , grocery stores restaurants and Within walking distance in a very safe residential neighborhood The sound is a block away with the ocean right over the bridge Linda Jeff and Kellie were great and on top of everything They take real pride in their properties and ask you let them know if there is an issue with anything, they take care of it right away Two weeks and a few days we’re not enough, can’t wait to come back next year I will definitely stay here again

This was a great place for my family and I to stay. Great for large groups. Perfect location. Nice and tidy. If you like it cold…the AC works great. The mattress in MB was firm but good. They should’ve supplied more trash bags in the kitchen. However, I did not ask for more. Other than that it was perfect

Fun for the whole family

We had a fun filled and relaxing long weekend at Sum Beaches Paradise. The cottage was clean and comfortable for everyone. We had our two elderly grandmothers with us who enjoyed their time as well. Our grandson had a blast playing in the sand in the outdoor common area. There were sand toys for him to play with provided by Sum Beaches. Best part however was grilling out, with everyone outside and by the fire. Such great memories and we plan to return and make many more. Thank you all so much and the key lime pie was enjoyed by all!

Cute & Affordable Stay close to Navarre Beach

The cottage provided exactly what we needed for our getaway to Navarre Beach. The comfortable beds, the well stocked kitchen, and the full size washing machine and dryer made our stay easy and enjoyable. The unit was very clean upon arrival and the manager and owners made sure we had everything we needed. The location is so close that my husband even ran over the bridge early one morning all the way to the beach and back. The AC cooled wonderfully during our stay and the water was always hot for our showers. I would highly recommend Sum Beaches cottages! You won't be disappointed! Our family will definitely be booking again!

The best experience ever!!!! I loved it!!!

This was a girls trip! Love the location just 1 mile from Navara beach. Best location with the eating experience all within a mile from grocery stores all in less than a mile very friendly. We met so many people !😊. The cottage was very roomy comfortable felt like home like we were at home . The tiki area provided swings, hammocks, barbecue grills , fire pit and sand. We had an amazing time. Front porch with room to sit out!!! Can not wait to do this again!! Amazing host! Thank you so much!!! We will return!! No complaints here😊😊😊😊😊😊

convenient location

This was close to the beach . A couple of suggestions like adding tv’s and ceiling fans in all bed rooms would be good . They had just had someone spray the ceiling so there was a residue but the owner was quick to correct . It rained heavy one day so I see that they have a leak and that’s why they needed the ceiling sprayed . The owner left a key lime pie in the fridge with a nice note . That was such a sweet jester .

Cutest place ever! The backyard area was nice for relaxing in the evening. Loved my stay! Only thing I would change is there were no hot pads in the kitchen and the can opener didn't work other than that it was a perfect place for a vacation! Beach is close too!
