When you book this splendid escapade, you are granted access to the neighborhood's community amenities, including a refreshing heated pool, tennis, and golf, adding to the overall appeal of this beautiful home.

As you enter this bright and airy home, you will find a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed, modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. The dining area is perfect for more formal meals or hosting board game nights with the family. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a large TV with cable to keep you entertained during your stay. Outside, a covered patio with patio furniture provides a relaxing space to enjoy the outdoors while taking in the views of the nearby pond. Additional perks include two golf carts and a washer/dryer, which ensures you can always have clean clothes no matter what!

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
