The Space:

Welcome to Bonny Creation! This charming 650 sq. ft cottage has been completely remodeled with a bright and fun design. You’ll love spending your time here in this funky and inviting space.



🔥 Fire Pit Notice: The fire pit is currently out of order and unavailable for guest use. We appreciate your understanding while we work on repairs. All other outdoor amenities are available for you to enjoy.



🌳 Courtyard

Enjoy the covered back patio, complete seating, and a hammock—perfect for relaxing in any weather. The enclosed hot tub patio offers a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. If you bump into other guests, it’s a great opportunity to make new friends with fellow vacationers.



📺 Living Room

Kick back in the living room and enjoy your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. Sign into your streaming channels and pick up right where you left off. For additional sleeping arrangements, pull out the sofa bed, which comes with all the bedding you need for a comfortable stay.



🍳 Fully-Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a convenient and pleasant stay. It features a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and Keurig. You’ll also find all the essentials like pots, pans, utensils, spices, a can opener, ice cream scoop, colander, and more.

Rest easy in the ultra-comfortable king bed, perfect for a full night’s sleep. The bedroom is equipped with a large closet, a sound machine for added peace, and a large Smart TV. The vibrant decor and cozy atmosphere will make you feel right at home.



🛁 Bathroom

This spacious, recently remodeled bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower. It’s fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and even face wipes and feminine products, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Guest Access:

🔓During your stay you will have access to the entire cottage your convenience! You will also have access the to shared courtyard where you'll find seating, and the shared hot tub patio!



🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏠 Separate Cottage: This is a separate cottage from the main house, with its own completely fenced-in area. The hot tub area is communal and shared with other guests on the property.



❄️ Winter AC Notice: During the winter months, we remove the window AC unit as Colorado temperatures can drop below the 30s.



♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to keep it clean and sanitary for all guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be extremely cold in winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
