We fell in love with Bimini on our first visit. Located just 50 miles from Florida, you will find stunning turquoise water, fishing, water sports and gorgeous beaches. Our fully updated 2 bed/ 2 bath condo has an ideal location right across from the ocean and just steps away from the sand, pool, and town.

- The interior stairway has a large storage rack which allows you to leave shoes (and sand), wet towels and heavy bags all locked safely in your condo.
- The living room has a double slider to the ocean facing deck. There is an empty lot in front of the unit allowing for a unique FULL ocean view. This is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Additionally, the living room has a contemporary new ceiling fan, high end furniture, and a love sac sectional that easily converts to an oversized queen bed and a new smart TV.
- The dining room is large and moves right into the kitchen with stainless appliances, and a new Custom built breakfast bar with extra storage. We have provided all that you need to enjoy home cooked meals.
- Each bedroom has a smart tv, ceiling fan, dresser, and king bed with new mattress, pillows, additionally there is a twin over twin XL bunk bed in the guest room and high-end luxurious furnishings. The master bedroom has an ocean facing sliding glass door, and an attached master bathroom with an updated glass shower and granite countertops. Our unit also has a brand-new water heater, air conditioner, and large capacity washer and dryer. The kichen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, mixer, sandwhich maker, kids dishes, utensils, and cups, plus all the pots pans, dishes and serving items you could ever use.

Located in the gated Bimini Bay Community. You will have access to the homeowner's infinity pool, padded lounge chairs, snack bar, tennis courts, the Hilton restaurants & casino, Fisherman’s Village - don’t forget to stop into Bimini blue or the big game club to ask about snorkeling, Scuba diving, fishing and swimming with the sharks and stingrays! Bimini is small and easily navigated with a golf cart. Golf cart rentals can be booked ahead of time or right on the island a short walk from the condo. Take a golf cart ride into town and you will find beaches, friendly Bahamian people, local shops, and plenty of restaurants.
