Aloha, thanks for checking in our property.
A newly remodeled 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths (2023). There are 4 double and 2 single beds, full kitchen with kitchenette. It's spacious, almost 1,000 sq. ft. with a patio. It is on the top floor (17) of the building with free parking; very breezy and one block from the famous Waikiki beach; steps away from the zoo, park, restaurants, and supermarkets. We have almost everything you need. Please read the property information below.
Property information:
This condo is a recent renovation; it is a new, tidy, and rare to gem in Waikiki of nearly 1,000 square feet in a 17-floor (top of the building) and a patio with a city and mountain view. It can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably as follow. It is also just 200-meter short walk to one of the most beautiful WAIKIKI beach.
* Living room: 1 queen-sofa bed with sheet blanket and pillows already folded inside and a single pull-out chair bed.
*Main bedroom: 1 king size bed.
*Large Master bedroom: 2 queen-size beds, a single pull-out chair bed, and a baby crib if need. Includes portable folding bed frames with thick mattress.
* All your beach gear (such as beach chairs, boogie hugs, baby float jackets, and umbrellas) located by the second entrance door in order to avoid dust buildup throughout the room.
* Each room includes a new, quiet air conditioner to keep you cool or you may open the doors and windows to have access to breezy trade winds all year round.
*The kitchen includes all kitchenware that you can use such as the rice cooker, coffee machine, quick portable boiler, dishwasher, toaster, coffee grinder, and blender. It also includes plenty of napkins, paper towels, toilet paper rolls, bath towels and hand towels---enough to supply all guests.
* This condo has a fast, free internet throughout the unit that is ready to be used. You can connect your smartphone to the TV to watch all of your favorite shows. The TV also has Netflix provided for you.
*There is one 70-inch TV in the living room and a 65-inch TV in the bedroom.
*When you lock the hallway door, this two-bedroom unit can turn into two separate units--a studio and a one-bedroom unit, which includes two separate entrance doors. It is the most convenient choice when you decide to have some privacy.
* Hair dryer, ironing board, wagon, baby highchair, a crib.
* Free LARGE COVER PARKING. It is easy to park you and your parties to enter and exit the building.
*City bus stop right in front of the building.
*5 minute to supermarket and ABC retail store just right in the front of the building.
*If you would like to do your laundry. There is a laundry room inside the building.
Guest Access:
Guests can access to assigned lockboxes and have key fobs to enter the building and door at lobby. When entering the unit, will be by keypad. Also, the building has on-site resident manager.

Parking:

We will provide you the remote opener inside lock box for parking garage entry.

Building Safety:

The building has live cameras 24/7 on all share access locations, and security stay on duty all night long to keep the building and the people safe.

Wonderful stay with lots of thoughtful details!
Ty's unit was a beautifully renovated and well maintained place with a responsive host who provided an amazing array of thoughtful amenities. There were a lot of bed options - one smaller bedroom with a king bed (somewhat firm mattress) and bathroom across the hall, one large bedroom (basically a connected studio) with 2 queen beds, crib and high chair in the closet, folding twin bed, plush recliner chair, a desk, plenty of plugs for charging, a washer/dryer, and its own large bathroom. The living room had a pull-out queen sofa bed which was reasonably comfortable for a sofa bed. Ty provided just about anything you'd need in the kitchen (hot water boiler, coffee machine, teas, K-cups, coffee, creamer, cooking supplies, Ziplock bags, etc). The bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of bath, hand, face and beach towels, 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner, body wash, body poofs, hair dryer, lotion, Q-tips, etc. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, folding wagon, snorkels, beach mat, etc. There's an air pump in the living room and a luggage scale in the kitchen. Note for light sleepers: the larger bedroom shares a wall with the elevators so you do hear them all the time. The building itself is older, towards the Honolulu Zoo end of Waikiki, with no amenities, but only a couple blocks away from the beach, restaurants, food trucks, ABC stores, and more. The parking garage is tight but the provided parking space is large and it was convenient to come and go, both on foot and by car. A++

Beautiful condo, kind host
The place is clean and bright, has everything we needed. Also very comfortable and safe, feels like home. I love that it has own parking, very close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rental host Ty is kind, easy to talk to and very accommodating. We would definitely come back to this place next time we visit Oahu.😊

10/10 Oahu stay!
This place was a 10/10 stay! You cannot beat the location if you want to be close to Waikiki. The host was very communicative and kind. Check in/out was effortless. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including fully equipped kitchen, beach necessities, fully stocked bathrooms. The beds were really comfy as well. The host also left some thoughtful welcome gifts. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever come back to Oahu!
