The house is a little rundown appearing on the outside, but the inside is very well done with the remodel that they have done – it is on a busy road, but it is convenient for access to major roads to get around town

Great place

This was such a cute house! We came for the State Fair and it was a perfect location. Everything was clean and hosts were very responsive to us. Great house for our family with both kids and grandparents included.

Great stay

This house was a perfect location for visiting family in SE Wisconsin. The house had anything you could need for cooking, grilling or making smores on the fire! Very clean and Dave was very responsive. Definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Place to Stay for Baseball at the Rock

We had 3 baseball families in town for a tournament at the Rock Complex, which is literally across the street! House was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space, the backyard is huge, communication with our host was spot on, and we will be back next year to do it all over again.

10 STAR HOUSE! We stay in alot of houses for our bowling tourneys everywhere and by far this house was THE BEST! It was so clean, recently updated, fully stocked, beds so comfortable and the owner was the best! We ABSOLUTELY loved the fire pit! Will comeback on next trip! Highly recommend!!!

Marquette Graduation aweekend

House was clean and in working order. Room for all of us and beds were comfortable. All had a great time in the huge back yard, including a camfire and smore!

Family reunion

The house suited our needs perfectly. Easy access for family members with some mobility concerns. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. Kitchen had lots of extras for those wanting to do some cooking.

A great stay

Pretty close to State Fair Park, AmFam Field, and Milwaukee Zoo which is what our trip was centered around. Down the street from Luxe Golf Bays which the kids wanted to do one night. Big back yard where we played wiffle ball and tossed a football around, which were provided. We played Uno with the cards that were provided. We will consider this house for our next stay in the Milwaukee area.

Nice place to stay!

This is a very nicely renovated and comfortable home. It's in a great location if you are visiting the Franklin area and especially so if you want to be near the Roc sports complex, which is an easy walk starting from a sidewalk at the end of the drive. The home is well-stocked and there is ample parking. One clarification I would make is that there is no Hot Tub, despite that being listed in the amenity section. Overall, a very nice stay, but please remove the reference to a hot tub so people know what to expect.

Great house, great location

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was immaculate and spacious, perfect for accommodating two families comfortably. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. The yard was lovely, providing a great space for the kids to play and for us to relax. Additionally, the location was ideal, being close to Milwaukee and all its attractions. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful and hassle-free stay!

Very nice and comfortable house

I was here with my elderly parents to be close to my daughter and her family who lives down the road. This house was clean and comfortable and, even though it is on one of the biggest roads of the area, is very quiet, at night above all. The kitchen is very well equipped...the only little flaw is that there is no dishwasher. I strongly recommend this place.

Guys Trip

David’s house was perfect for an annual guys trip that my friends and I try to take every year. Communication was great, house was very clean and had more than enough amenities to accommodate the 6 of us. Location was good as well. Not too far from plenty of restaurants, etc. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic!

We had a group of guys come down for the weekend and this was the perfect location! Communication was easy, the home was more than accommodating and the large yard was a huge plus. The proximity to the Rock also was great for our trip!

It was Goldilocks perfect!

It wasn't too big or too small, it was just right. This place is super clean and is the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. Hosts are super responsive and this is very competitively priced. This is the place to stay, hands down!

Comfortable Rawson House

The purpose of our stay was to attend our grandson’s baseball tournament and the location was ideal, just minutes from The Rock Sports Complex. The Rawson house was very nice with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Local Gem

Stayed here over the 4th of July and it was wonderful. We could see tons of fireworks from both the front and back yards. The fireflies were out and wild black raspberries bordered the yard. The house was beautiful, clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. David was very responsive and helpful. In the winter it would be a great getaway for sledding at the Rock. Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful and Welcoming Home!

My family and I had the best stay at this beautifully redone home! It had more than enough space for all 8 of us, and had everything we needed from toiletries, to kitchen supplies. We brought a few outside games and were more than pleasantly surprised at the size of the backyard! It has a wonderful little patio, large fire pit and lots and lots of yard space. We cannot say enough about how great everything was! We will definitely be back! In addition, David was very easy to communicate with. Everything was very clear and he was quick to respond to any questions that we had.

GRAND SLAM

Before booking I was concerned that the one full bathroom wouldn't be accommodating for our party when it came to bathing. I reached out to David, with my concern and he let me know that the home has a 50-gallon water tank. Omg, I'm so glad that we booked this beautiful home. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you needed. The cookware was superb. Bathrooms had and amazing stock of soaps, first aid kits, tissue, towels and so much more. The back yard is huge. The kids had an amazing time back there playing whiffle ball, football, tag, and made smores in the fire pit. One of the neighbors allowed the kids over to play basketball on their rim. The deck was a nice hangout spot. David thank you for your amazing customer service, your patience with our crazy schedule, and your lovely hospitality. If, ever back in Franklin, WI this is my home of choice.
