Welcome to the Gates Loch House. Open for rentals in the summer of 2024. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets on our relaxing 1 acre, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property. Cottage has been recently renovated for your comfort and enjoyment! Cottage boasts a full, eat-in kitchen and living room with record player, board games, coloring books and art supplies, TV, streaming services, and Wifi.

Guests will love our beautiful 110 feet of lovely Lake Ontario bliss! Guests can currently access the water via our break wall. Adirondack chairs, kayaks, life jackets, lawn games, firepit area, black stone grill, and deck seating are all available for guests to enjoy.

As a bonus, we invite 2 adult guests staying ONE full week or more at the Loch House to enjoy a round of golf on us!! During your stay, stop by the White Birch Restaurant and Golf Course and putter around their beautiful 9 hole course, surrounded by majestic white birch trees. No reservations are taken and we do suggest arriving for an early tee time.
