Quiet lakeside cabin close to biking, skiing, hiking, silent sports

Welcome to our quiet cabin on small, peaceful Boot lake, with fire pit, lakeside dock, and swimming raft. Two canoes, two kayaks, and a small rowboat with electric motor are available for exploring the water, where you might see a loon or two, or our resident beaver playing the waters. We've also cleared a short walking trail on the 2 acre property for getting out in the woods next to the lake.

The screen porch off the main living area is like sitting outside in the woods but with no mosquitoes to worry about, where you can listen to the serenade of frogs, loons and trumpeter swans to help you relax. Ample seating is available for you to have fun with friends and family, or curl up with your favorite beverage and soak up that wonderful northwoods feel.

High speed Internet, a 4k smart TV, and a collection of DVDs and books are provided, in case you forgot to bring entertainment along. Just down the road is Karsyn's Korner grocery and hardware, for any needed provisions, and PI pub for the nights you'd rather not cook yourselves.

The downstairs rec room with foosball table and wet bar is a perfect place to send the kids on a rainy day or for game night with friends. The lake is down a short series of steps, where you can relax with a morning espresso or an evening glass of wine on the dockside bench.

You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, including espresso machine and grinder, coffee maker, and everything else needed to meet your culinary needs. Small amounts of spices and other staples are usually available in case you forgot to pack them from home.
