Newly remodeled 2 BD/2 BA condo overlooking the intracoastal has just been added to the rental market. Located on the top floor (no elevator) with covered carport underneath. Unit features a spacious living area directly overlooking the intracoastal, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and a washer and dryer. Master bedroom includes a king mattress, TV, and private bathroom. Second bedroom includes bunk beds, TV and private access to second bathroom.
Unit also includes a private patio with magnificent views of boats and dolphins in the intracoastal. Condo has a heated pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse that features a pool table, ping pong table, bathrooms, and showers.
Location is within a safe, 10-minute walk to the beach. Highly desired location within walking distance to 2 famous restaurants: The Garlic and Norwood's Treehouse. A wide variety of great restaurants, night life and entertainment are abundant on the famous Flagler Avenue. There are many locations nearby to rent boats, paddle boards, golf carts, etc. Plenty of options for fun in the sun or relaxing while enjoying the sights and sand. You will love this unit and all that our perfect little beach town has to offer!
