For People loving go in bicycle or walking, Pinellas trail is just two blocks from the apartment. This place offers 2 queen beds, kitchen and bathroom, Netflix and wifi included! Weekend Getaway

The location was great. Very close to the beach and a really nice cafe/breakfast location called the Tin Can Cafe. The property manager was easy to communicate with and prompt in responding to any issues.

Wonderful stay

we had a wonderful time and our host was fabulous! The only thing that could be improved would be the fact that we could not figure out how the mosquitos were getting in the room, and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. On the positive side the room was adorable, clean, comfortable and the host was kind and helpful!

Just as advertised

Great property with comfy beds just as advertised. Walking distance from downtown Clearwater and easy access to Pinellas Trail and beaches. Property Manager was easy to communicate with. Floors could have used a mopping ;) But they left the broom so we were able to sweep. Overall super great experience!

Pleasant host

Place looks pretty as shown on the photos. There was soap, tiney shampoos, raisors and plenty of towels available. If would be great if it had washer and dryer. I texted host litte more than 3 weeks before and I did not get a reply. Water was off when we arrived but it was turned on when we notified them. Sweet place for non demanding people. You can hear people in adjacent apartment but there was no crazy noise. Plenty of towels and toiletry available.

Just enough

Easy to find and easy to check in. Overall it was enough to sleep and maybe cook. There is no place to store clothes or get your bags out of the way. The appliances are old. The walls in the bathroom were super thin and we could hear our neighbors and their late night festivities in the middle of the night. There is no clear designated parking and it became an issue when the neighbor had visitors. The floors were dirty. It was just ok.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I do want to clarify a few things: the space is exactly as pictured in the listing, including the lack of built-in closet space. We provide a standing rack with hangers for clothing, which is visible in the photos. As for cleanliness — I’ve never had any issues before. I use a professional cleaning team and personally inspect the space myself to ensure everything is up to standard before each check-in. Regarding parking, the check-in instructions clearly state that guests can park wherever they’d like in the large lot. I haven’t had complaints about this in the past, but I’ll review the instructions again to make sure it's even clearer. While I’m sorry your experience wasn’t perfect, I appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future stays.

Wonderful location, AC was cool, water was hot! The only thing that I would recommend is getting a dehumidifier or a bathroom exhaust fan installed! But that was it!
