Great Pool House with Movie Room

This is a spacious, confortable house with a movie theater and a large pool with Tub.
The pool uses a solar/electric heater (Heater useful between 11 am-10.30 pm), and the house has many extra amenities like BBQ, fireplace, Smart TVs, etc.

This house is a resting place. If you think you are a troublesome person, please don't come to our home. If you are a normal person this rules won't affect you. The house is fully stocked for your time and family size, if you use all the expendables, please refill them yourself. We are not a 24/7 hotel service.
-No parties are allowed.
-BBQ gas not included. The BBQ is not allowed to be placed near or inside the screened area of the pool. BBQ with the cover and clean as you found it.
-No smoking inside the house area. An extrict $200 penalty fee will be imposed. Leave the 
-If there's any problem with the house or the amenities provide 3-4 hours to solve the issue.
- All pets need to be informed before the reservation. If service animals are present during the stay, they're not allowed to be on top of furniture, or they should incur any damage to the property. SERVICE ANIMALS MUST ALSO PAY A LOWER CLEANING FEE. details can be discussed with the host on a case basis.
-If any damage is made during the stay you will be charged depending on the damages.
- nobody is allowed in the equipment area next to the house. That includes A/C, pool heaters, pumps, etc.
- Seasonal ants and lizards, Iguanas, etc… are normal in South Florida weather. Please keep the Kitchen area clean to prevent appearances. Be mindful to close doors and windows every time you step out of the house.
- the popcorn is not included in the popcorn machine. If you used leave-clean as you found it. Be mainfull it needs to be operated by an adult. Any type of event is your responsibility.
-Swim at your own risk. Any kids are allowed to swim without any supervision at their guardian's own risk. No bubble bath allowed. A $300 dollar fee would be imposed as a maintenance expense if you disturbed with the integrity of the pool/tub.
- Do not walk inside wet. If the floor is damaged an estimated fee will be charged depending on the damages.
-Pool service is weekly. Be Mindful that they are allowed to be around the pool area during the service.
-Turn off the pool light and tub jets when aren't in use. The pool heater control is on the back porch corner wall. It will work from 11 am to 9.30 pm, heating up to warm temp. It is a 15000 gallon pool, so it will take a while.
-If any Screen panels around the pool area are damaged. $150 will be imposed on per panel repair.
- No music or high volumes are allowed after 9 PM. If there is any police fee imposed, the guest will be charged for it.
- the A/C isn't allowed to go lower than 72 F during the day, and 69 F during the night. If the air conditioner freezes due to not following the rules, a $150 dollar fee will be charge for the service call, plus additional supplies.
-no paper, wipes, towels or any other item can be thrown through the toilet. Damages due to this problem will be charged a $200 service call, plus additional work necessary.
-DO NOT MOVE the house furnisure. If you rearrange house furniture, we will charge a $100 fee for rearrangement plus extra damages caused.
