Not quite 5 stars...
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and just as described. The location was quiet and easily accessible. We also appreciated the beach access. The security staff onsite were extremely friendly and helpful, they were the most exceptional part of our stay. We are not, however, able to give a 5 star rating for a few reasons. When we first arrived there was no running water in the unit. We contacted the person that the listing instructed us to contact and received a message that he was not available after hours. We were able to contact Vacasa via text and were told to expect a potential eventual visit from a repair person. My husband eventual asked the property security staff member and he was able to assist us successfully. A few days into our stay there was a power outage and the master bedroom air conditioner stopped cooling. We also attempted to use the washing machine and that also wasn't working. After contacting Vacasa once again we received a vague promise of a possible repair and never saw a repair person throughout the remainder of our stay. We were forced to rely on the use of the living room unit to cool the master (not an ideal solution to be sure). We were not able to launder our clothes before returning home, (also not an ideal situation). Overall the unit was adequate, we enjoyed using the balcony and the kitchen was well equipped. Despite our issues we would consider staying again.
