Enjoy a pool side retreat with your family, of a spacious, unique, yet nicely equipped house.

From floor to ceiling full rare marble tiled bathrooms, provides an immense luxury of feeling the nature beauty when in bath!

Scented bamboo flooring in all bedrooms, while water resistant floored bathrooms and living area, clean and neat.

Well equipped kitchen invites your recipes and ingredients. A full set of Bellini Kitchen Master is waiting for your delicious recipes! Relax and enjoy your own tasty food making from it.

I am dedicated to exceed my guests expectations unstoppably. And lots of improvements are under planning and coming.

For guests who are interested in booking after the middle of October, please consider a backyard 6-person sauna room adjacent to the pool to be a great attraction, and book it before it being taken by others.

Also an EV charger can be installed soon. Please query the time before you book.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The home was the perfect lay out for our large group. Loved this home and pool for our weekend stay. We will definitely be back. The host was very responsive. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Quiet and very comfortable accommodations

This was a great place to relax and hang out while our roof was being replaced after the latest hail storm. Oliver was very accomodating when we requested an extension for our stay.

Family reunion

We came as a family of 18 kids and adults. We loved the pool and the space in the house worked great for our group. The location was perfect for us. The owner was very responsive when we needed anything. Thanks for letting us rent your property.

Gorgeous Spacious House

We had a family reunion in Dallas and this place was great. We had kids in the group and they loved the heated pool. House is located in a nice and quiet cul-de-sac. It was spacious to cater to out large group. Only thing that could be improved would be the locks in the bathroom doors they seem to be nonfunctional or missing. We loved our stay and would stay here again if back in Dallas.

Great pool

Decent house in decent neighborhood. Pool was really nice and plenty of pool toys and pool towels. Nice new furniture and good size house. Plenty of room and the loft set up is great for kids. Close to Lake Lewisville and nearby stores. There were a few things I thought could be improved and the owner said they would work on them right away. A couple of minor changes and it’s a 5 star home.

Stay was cool. Everything was as advertised . Only problem was main bathroom tub kept clogging up. Couldn’t talk showers. Also no hot water for jacuzzi outside.

Great House

Overall great property to stay at. That brings said there were a few issues, there was no manual on how anything should be done or what the checkout process should be. No idea what to do with trash or linens at end of stay. No instructions on the amenities, heated pool and hot tub did not work. As well as TV and thermostat had no instructions on how to use first night everyone was cold. But great place to stay and will stay again if amenities are fixed.

The stay was very, very, not good when I arrived We didn’t have any towels to bathe with just the large sized bathing towels. I had to go to Walmart before they closed on Christmas Eve to purchase small size towels to bathe with the air conditioning unit. It was very cold in the house the whole time The oven and stove did not work at all. The communication is not good.

Rental is Good, Host Not So Good

Host was not nice after the stay. Complained about me using the heater and using the AC. Claimed I made "unnecessary damages" (which implies there are necessary damages?). BATHROOMS HAVE NO LOCKS, I guess privacy is not appreciated here. They had no checkout instructions and my group was very intentional of taking out trash, leaving the house in presentable conditions, throughout excess food (even though the host left old food in the fridge when we checked in). The host was a pain to deal with after checkout, very rude, I did not receive an apologize for their attitude despite m willingness to find a middle ground. Very disrespectful.

Positives: Value for the money, the beds were awesome, water was hot, locationNegatives: The pool wasn't clean as stated, the house was dirty with dust on the furniture, and debris and dust on the floor (When we got there, we started cleaning, sweeping, dusting, and cleaned the pool), poor communication by the owner, at least two toilets were stopped up and no way to unstop them, sofa had a tear, Wi-Fi didn't work as per the printed instructions but was able to access it after receiving further directions, ceiling leaked, had to work to get the fridge to close, bottom heating element in oven was apparently not working.
