Conte Apartment
Conte apartment is located at a ideal location in a quiet street in a place Kastel Novi which is a hart of middle Dalmatia, halfway between Split and Trogir, near SPU airport, and close to all facilities.
The apartment is fully equipped, beautifully designed and decorated, fully air-conditioned (3 air conditioners), with two specially air-conditioned double bedrooms, with an entrance hall and bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area and a living area that is also specially air-conditioned, and a comfortable sofa that folds out into a bed. for two people, so we can host 6 people without any problems, the small sheltered balcony is suitable for chiling and morning coffee.
We are located in a quiet street in Kastel Novi, which is the 6th Kastel out of 7 Kastels, a place located between the two beautiful cities of Split and Trogit, both under the protection of UNESCO, and they almost continue one on top of the other and are themselves the center of central Dalmatia, and as such are excellent starting position for exploring the surroundings. We are about 3 kilometers from the SPU airport, which makes traveling even easier. There are all the necessary amenities nearby (supermarket, cafe, bakery, restaurant...) and the sea and the first beach are a 10-15 minute walk away.
A car is not absolutely necessary, but in order to more easily move around the rich surroundings and explore the very good offer of contents, historical treasures, natural beauties, then we recommend using a car, whether you come by car or rent a car at the airport, there is a parking space waiting for you in front of the building, but if you still don't want to drive, then you can easily use a taxi (we can organize transport for you with a reliable taxi company) or city transport for which the bus stop is approx. 300 meters away.
Guests have at their disposal the entire area of the apartment as well as one parking space in the courtyard, in front of the building.
It is necessary to respect the local order as well as the public order and peace which is every day 10pm-08am.
Upon arrival, guests use the safe with a code for the keys and enter the apartment independently, and they will receive all the necessary information before arrival, and they are required to send the necessary documents for registering their stay at the tourist office.
Guests enjoy their privacy and peace as in their own home, but if they need us, we are always at their disposal.
