The shower was leaking into the carpeted area. This was a known issue as the rug was cut and there was mold underneath. There were air fresheners on the vents to cover the smell of the mildew bathroom. Bugs on the floor due to the dampness of the area. There was no balcony as advertised. While checking in the front desk woman was unable to answer some basic questions about the hotel and I had to go back 3 times to have my hotel key cards activated before I could even get into my room.

An overnight stay to our next destination. Bed was great, area not what we were looking for. Some of the lighting did not work. Had what we needed and clean.

Did not get the room I reserved

We were told that they run out of king size rooms so we had to sleep in a full size bed. The bed was extremely small for two people and uncomfortable.

Room was decent but…

Room was okay. Full size kitchen and fridge. Room appeared to be clean and lived up to standard hotel type expectations. Property was dirty. Sketchy people hanging around and smoking weed at their front door. Pool was closed but hot tub was open. Too filthy to use. Poor girl at the front desk seemed to be the only one working. Kind of odd that they charged for parking. They seemed to have a lot of available spaces and there were no reserved or covered spots. Undercover police officer was parked in the lot at night. Right on the highway. Lots of traffic noise. Good free breakfast! Lots of options.

Great place for the money!

I was very happy with the service, friendliness, and cleanliness of this property. Even though i was given incorrect info from a desk worker, they actually made up a bit of food for us "after hours". The manager was great to deal with. 5 stars for me. Only issue is that the hot tub was really a warm bathtub.

Road-trip from Texas to Vegas

Older property than expected. Friendly staff. It had snowed the day we arrived and our suite was on the 2 nd level. No elevator and the steps were outside and slippery.

Minor reservation concern at first.

The suite was very nice and clean We enjoyed visit all amenities were great. The property manager that I was given contact information did not have my reservation and I was told that I didn't have a reservation! I was worried for a bit, but I found my original reservation confirmation and contacted the facility directly and they confirmed my reservation. Also it would have been nice to know that there was a fireplace in the suite if we had the proper composite logs to burn.

Studio Apt

Long-term stay hotel. Due to this, there are a lot of construction workers that sit outside and drinks beers late into the night, being very loud. Staff at the facility was wonderful. The only acception was the owner (?) at breakfast who looked like a typical guest saying good morning and trying to talk to you, all while thinking who is this guy... Breakfast was standard fair. They had a laundry facility and pool on site. The BBQ place down the street is top notch.

The fact that here was a loud party in the condo above us. It tool management till two in the morning to get it shut down and the high schoolers evicted, but they did so cudos for that.
