Utilize your time in New Haven by exploring Yale campus, downtown, the food scene, the booze scene, great coffee shops, historical landmarks, scenic hikes and views, and of course take in all the time you can get in here at The Santiago, filled with all you need for a perfect getaway!

You have access to park in the back and the entire front porch is yours! Note: drive slowly when you park through the driveway - pavement isn’t super smooth.

Welcome to Science Park, the planning precinct of the Yale University campus primarily devoted to physical and biological sciences. We are neighboring with Wooster Square Park which hosts the famous and brilliant Yale University.

There is so much to do in the neighborhood and around. The options vary from science, history, culture, nature, food and drinks, music and of course the most famous and delicious pizza - one bite, you know the rules!

There is a great coffee shop right down the street, Fussy coffee and a local bodega right down the block as well.

We are just a few minute walk to the downtown area, where you can find all the action!

We are located only half a mile from campus and the walk there is gorgeous and clean. Most of the homes in the area are Yale student housing and we are located directly near the yale Business school.

Please be advised that our property is a multi-family unit, and the unit you will be staying is located on the first floor. There is neighbor upstairs. This unit is street side and there may be traffic noise throughout the day.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Options

We’re happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, which must be requested ahead of time. Approval is subject to availability.

🔹 Early Check-In:
Check in as early as 2:00 PM for a $50 fee.
Standard complimentary check-in is at 3:00 PM.

🔹 Late Check-Out:
Check out by 12:00 PM for a $50 fee.
Standard complimentary check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled
