Our treehouse is a haven of well-being, peace, and elegance. In our stunning modern treehouse we have brought relaxation to a whole new level. Surrounded amongst us is nothing but woods & wildlife. An experience not to be missed. Put your favorite movie on the projector, get Zen in the cozy sun room, jam out to music on the record player, or grab a towel, and head for the custom cedar hot tub. It is time to create core memories that will never be forgotten. Welcome to a little slice of heaven.
Perched above the trees of Newport, Vermont. Cedar Heights offers a breathtaking 360 degree view of the great outdoors. With glass windows soaring over 8 feet high and 12 feet wide, we want you to feel like you’re in nature without being outside. That means you get to view Vermont's beautiful winter season, when all the trees are covered in a soft, white, fluffy blanket of snow in the comforts comforts of your panoramic picturesque treehouse stay. Or, head down and soak in our hot tub while being one with nature. Crank up the jets, sit back and listen to the sound of nothing but the nature that surrounds you. What are our surrounding areas? If you enjoy skiing/snowboarding - Jay Peak is 20 minutes away If you enjoy quaint little towns - Newport Town is 15 minutes away. If you enjoy swimming/boating - Lake Memphremagog is 15 minutes away if you enjoy snowmobiling - the VAST trail is just minutes away. If you enjoy mountain biking - East Burke is 40 minutes away. - Our team loves animals as much as anyone else! But here at Cedar Heights we want everyone to enjoy their stay safely and allergy free, so no pets please!
- Smoking is prohibited in the treehouse, if you must smoke please be sure to do so at least 150 feet away from the treehouse
- The treehouse is equipped with WiFi, but due to its remote location it is not high speed internet. Streaming shows/movies and browsing the internet works, but those requiring higher speed internet will have difficulty.
- No parties/events.
- During the winter months we advise guests to come in an AWD vehicle. Though our driveway will be plowed for easy access for all, it can still be difficult with how much snow falls Vermont sees at times

We are Cedar Heights, a team of people who have come together to make your childhood dream of living in a treehouse come true. Ever since we were little we have always loved to get away from the world, no matter how small or big our problems may have seemed at the time. Now we are able to truly get away, even if it’s for a short period of time.
We are excited to share our treehouse space with you. We want you to be able to have a home away from home. This is your time to disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature and ground yourself. Welcome to our safe haven. A place to be yourself, relax how you want, and to be care free.
Within our beautiful treehouse you will be able to soak in our custom cedar hot tub, catch a flick on the projector, and make a cozy meal while snuggling up on the couch. Talk about ultimate relaxation!
When you’re ready to explore, don’t be afraid to hit the slopes of Jay Peak just 20 minutes away. Or if you’re ready to venture out of country, Canada is right at your finger tips… we are talking 16 miles away! Canada may seem like a stretch to some, that’s why we also suggest checking out the sites of Newport, a quaint little town with good food & the gorgeous Lake Memphremegog.
