Over all great stay
My family of ten, including ages from 10-57, all had a great time here. The upstairs open floor plan kitchen/living room area was a dream. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook with and the massive couch in the living room is wonderful to curl up with a blanket and waste the day away with a movie marathon; not to mention the huge table that fits everyone in the family. The elevator was a big plus with my mother, who is disabled and has a harder time getting around. The pool and the hot tub were a hit with all ages and the pier is a wonderful place to watch the beautiful sunsets. This property really has something for all ages. And the customer service is amazing. We left something and the ladies at resort realty were very helpful and prompt at helping us retrieve our items.
The one downside is the spiders. Luckily we are not a family who has arachnophobia cause they would literally slap you in the face as you walk out on any of the balconies; however you are next the the marsh so I’m not sure how much could be done about that.
With all of that being said, my family will definitely be staying here the next time we visit the OBX.
