Stayed at this property recently for four nights during a stay in Burlington. Would definitely return as location was ideal, host was very responsive, furnishings were extensive and layout is ideal. If you're looking for a extremely appealing home close to everything, City Center Sanctuary would be a great choice.

The home is beautiful and in a prime location near Church Street. We came to play in a hockey tournament and the drives to Gutterson Field House (8 minutes) and Cairns Arena (12 minutes) couldn't be quicker.

City Center Sanctuary Stay

Burlington long weekend

We absolutely loved this house! Fantastic location. Could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The home is beautifully renovated and immaculate. Kiley was extremely responsive to any questions that I had. Overall top-notch experience!

The City Center Sanctuary was perfect in every way. The house was spotless, updated and comfortable for our party of 6. A great central location. Kiley was a great host and so fast to respond to questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Amazing House in an Ideal Location

The house is perfect in so many ways. The entire home was immaculate when we arrived and very well decorated. The location cannot be best just blocks away from Church street. Kiley was easy to work with and communication was seem less. If I come back to Burlington with a group of friends or family I would love to book this spot again in the future.

Perfect Spot for Burlington Fun!

This house was truly perfect! Excellent location near restaurants/bars, beaches, bike path and even an A+ creemee stand :-) We slept eight very comfortably in the four bedrooms, and everyone commented on how beautiful the kitchen was. Our group voted me trip MVP for picking the place, so suffice to say I loved it. Kiley was also a stellar host! She was extremely responsive to all of our questions and provided great instructions to make check-in/check-out easy. Lots of thoughtful recommendations…and there were even peanut butter cookies waiting for us when we arrived! I’d love to visit Burlington again, and if I do, this will definitely be the first place I try to book.

Magnificent stay!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! This was a very special visit, as we just dropped our Freshman son off at UVM. We love the access to Church St., Lake Champlain, and of course the ease of getting to campus. We definitely can’t wait to visit again and hope to stay at your peaceful home. Family Fun in Burlington

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Burlington, VT. The property is centrally located with easy walks to dinner and very short drives to the beach (North Beach). We found several excellent restaurants (Pascolo Ristorante, Bistro de Margot, Istanbul Kebab House) and shops on Church street, again a short walk from the property. We also spent time at the Shelburne Museum. Our visit coincided with very some hot weather, which led us to spend more time in the house than we expected (great air conditioning), and we found the house to be very comfortable for a party of 5 adults. The property has been newly renovated - it is immaculate, well-maintained, and well equipped. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.

Immaculate, thoughtfully furnished, and perfect location

Our family of five adults stayed in this house for four nights while in Burlington for a destination vacation around the Shelburne Covered Bridge running races. The house was spacious, immaculately clean (I can't stress this enough; it felt like we were the first people, let alone guests, to ever stay here), and very thoughtfully appointed with all of the supplies and furnishings anyone could ever wish to have in a home, or a home-away-from home. The house was located within very easy walking distance to the Church Street Market, the location of every restaurant, shop, pub, and activity you might want to visit without having to search for the limited parking in the area. We were able to walk to a great independent coffee shop and several fine dining establishments and great pubs with no hassles or rideshare fees. This was, by far, the best short-term rental any of us have ever stayed at, and it surpassed our expectations in every way. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. We would certainly stay here again to experience more of the abundance of what this area of Burlington has to offer.
