Welcome to Sugar Cottage, located in the heart of downtown Nashville! With three cozy bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms, our property can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. We've also included a sofa sleeper for added convenience!

You'll never feel disconnected during your stay with our complimentary Wifi, making it easy to stay connected with loved ones and to plan out your days. Located just steps away from all the shops and restaurants, you can take advantage of all the entertainment and dining options Nashville has to offer.

If you're looking to cook up a delicious meal, you'll love our backyard area, perfect for a cozy night in. On warmer days, unwind on our covered front porch with a cool beverage in hand.

We understand how difficult parking can be in a bustling city like Nashville, which is why we've provided private parking for our guests so you can avoid the scramble for a spot.

We can't wait for you to experience all that Nashville has to offer while staying in charming Sugar Cottage!

Rural Environment Notice
Our cabins are located in the beautiful woods and countryside of Brown County, Indiana. While we provide routine professional pest control and keep our homes clean and well-maintained, guests may occasionally see seasonal pests such as mice, flies, lady beetles (Asian beetles), or stink bugs — especially in the fall and spring.

These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience!

PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: There is a $75 fee per pet. Moondance Vacation Homes proudly donates a portion to the Brown County Humane Society when you bring your pet and pay your pet fee.

ALL EVENTS, DAY GUESTS, AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Effective July 1, 2025 the county has raised the innkeepers tax from 5% to 8%.

The location was phenomenal! The house worked well for our two miniature schnauzers and was clean and well kept. There was plenty of room and we really enjoyed our time there. We would highly recommend this property!

Great house right in town and walking distance to downtown. A/C was great in 90 degree heat. Management was super responsive when we had a concern and was immediately fixed! Would stay there again!

Excellent stay!

Visited Brown County with some girlfriends and this was the perfect choice for our weekend. The location was perfect - shops and restaurants within walking distance, IGA less than 5 minute drive. House was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay in Nashville

We loved this beautiful home, nestled in the heart of downtown Nashville, IN. So spacious, great accommodations & with ample parking for our 3 cars too! We walked a couple blocks & voilà we were at the shops, so fun! We will definitely stay here from now on for our annual trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had planned a family picnic on Saturday at Brown County Park but it was canceled. We decided we’d still visit and glad we did. The house had plenty of room and we had the back and front yard to walk our dogs around. The location is great, especially if you plan to visit the shops. It has everything we needed. We would definately rent it again.

Comfy, cozy, clean cottage perfect for sisters getaway

Hidden gem of a cottage in Nashville. Adorable setting and a very welcoming atmosphere. Charming little cottage that was perfect for a sister’s getaway. The property management company was wonderful to work with. All of the restaurants and stores were within walking distance. Clean comfortable Cottage. We enjoyed our stay in Nashville and at the cottage very much and would rent this home again Should we return to the area.

So charming

This house was so cute and for our needs perfectly for our girlfriend trip. We all had our own space but very comfortable areas for us to gather and visit. It was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We will be back to stay in this house when the weather is warmer and more shops are open. This town is adorable.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to sit on the front porch without worrying about traffic or noise. We enjoyed being able to walk to and from the downtown area. We had a wonderful time!

Comfy cottage. Great table in the big kitchen to gather around. Cute decor too! Great backnporch to grill and hang out on. Loved our stsy Loved how close to town. Just wish there was maybe a twin with at trundle on the back room, or a bunk bed. Pullout couch by the front door was not ideal.
