Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedrooms [5 beds], 2.5 bath home. This renovated home is thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home away from home. The home is suitable for families, large groups and corporate stay. You'll be close to Mall of GA, the Exchange, Gas South Arena, downtown Lawrenceville, Suwanee Town Center and more! All within 10 - 15 minutes. You will be closed to two major highways (316 and 85).

Midterm stays welcome! Message for details.

This home is conveniently located at the border of Buford, Suwanee and Dacula. The location makes it easy for you and your family to visit loved ones in all the neighboring cities a breeze. Less than 5 minutes drive to cross each city limit. This home offers 4 bedrooms with 5 beds [all bedrooms are upstairs]. The family room, office, formal dining, breakfast area, kitchen are located on the main floor. There is plenty of space for you to enjoy your time with family, work from home, and make delicious meals.

Our host was so communicative. The home was beautiful. We travelled with my mom and three kids, and there were such intentional amenities (like children’s books) that made our stay so comfortable.

This house is spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our time there. Its located in quiet clean neighborhood. Its conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping malls. The host is the best. Everytime i messaged her about anything, she promptly replied. I rate this house 9/10. Only reason I didnt rate a 10 is because only 1 room had a tv. Which was not bad because it kept us all in one area enjoying each others company!!

Amazing and relaxing stay!

Brought my family here for a quick getaway and we loved it! The house is extremely clean, comfortable, and stocked with plenty of items! The host’s communication is amazing and they even left a hand written card for us upon entry! Highly recommended!

Excellent and Clean House

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the house. The property was very clean, excellent decorative and all the Amenities you needed we were not short of anything. Beautiful & Spacious Home!

What a beautiful and comfortable home decorated with modern style in a manicured neighborhood. We're a family of 5 and comfortably had a room for each of the 3 adult children. Greatly enjoyed making breakfast in the modern and comfortable kitchen. Loved the beds! Will definitely stay again if available. The hostess was very gracious and prompt communicator. Great stay, thank you!

Excellent Stay

We visit this area often to see family. We have 3 kids ages 10, 16, and 18. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of space. This was one of the best homes we have stayed in. The owner thought of everything! The area is exceptional as well and is close to anything you need. We hope to stay again when we visit.

We stayed at this property for Christmas. It really was perfect! The host was lovely and always willing to answer questions. The home was better than expected and they even set up a Christmas tree for my family! I definitely recommend this property when staying in the area. Excellent.

Amazing Stay!!

We had a great stay!! The home is very clean and beautifully decorated one of the best VRBO rentals we have had the pleasure in staying in. Great communication with our host, and absolutely loved the welcome gift!! Great neighborhood and wonderful local restaurants We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.. I wish I could give an extra star!! Our host shipped my husband favorite shirt which we left behind!! Amazing service!!!

Great location and stay

Listing was as described. Check and check out were a breeze. We had a group of friends who enjoyed the space. No complaints. We had an issue with the AC one day and it was addressed and fixed immediately with no further issues. I would recommend and stay there again. Property manager was informative and responsive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the BEST

This was hands down the best Vrbo i have ever stayed in. The host is just amazing,the constant communication from the beginning with everything you need to know. But then when we arrived she left a special note and snacks how thoughtful. The house is Gorgeous 😍 pristinely cleaned not a spec of dust anywhere. Anything you anticipate you need she's already thought about it and provided it!!! My family and I were so at home and comfortable honestly we wished we had more days to stay. Book this place it's in an amazing location with easily accessible restaurants, shopping and it's a beautiful neighborhood.

Well appointed & quiet

The property is as listed.Everything on the website is accurate. I can't recall, but there might be some extras that are actually not listed on the website. What I can say is my wife and my 3 children utilized every square inch of the house. The full kitchen refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher The games that were already there Uno playing cards etc, all rooms were utilized. Washer and dryer got ran a couple times.Did not use the garage but really wasn't necessary. Never turned on the fireplace wasn't cold enough. I did sit outside in the back and we did eat in the kitchen a few times. We did it all. Of course, my kids loved it, it reminded them of our actual home. They're at the age where we would have to get 2 hotel rooms, so it really worked. We felt right at home with the kids arguing and my wife, and I telling them to be quiet. Saw a couples spiders and a few ants, which for the south and the heat can be normal. Actually not as bad as Florida. The front door does have a noticeable gap at the bottom which is an entrance for bugs. It was not major or a show stopper. In all actuality if I ever stayed here again I would probably run up to Home Depot and grab the door seal for 15 and install it myself (its self adhesive). Again, not a show stopper. As for location its tucked away and you can get to 85 North or South pretty quick. Neighborhood is quiet and more mature people live there. We didn't hear or see any kids.

I live in this area for more than 20 years. I love the quiet neighborhood. It has changed so much within the last 20 years as the area becomes increasingly diverse. I love the food scene and the convenience of only a 5 mins car ride to shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

The location is hard to beat. It's at the border of Suwanee, Buford and Dacula. You'll get to see different neighborhoods. There is always some type of event at the town center.
