The Space:
Escape the city to this modern cabin in the woods. Tamarack House is a newly built architectural gem. Truly your spot to unwind, surrounded by rural silence and nature yet just minutes to town for essentials.

The house layout is grand yet minimal. The soaring ceilings of the open plan living space create a breathable living room, dining room and kitchen. A cozy wood stove is both functional and design-forward. The dining area is surrounded by walls of glass and forest views. A fully stocked chef's kitchen features a lovely custom backsplash and gas range. Guests will want to sit at the bar behind the kitchen island to chat while the chef of the group prepares a family feast. The living area also has a smart TV for movie nights (no cable or DVD player).

Multiple sliding glass doors give access to a generous sun deck extending toward the trees.

Back inside, walk to the right of the kitchen to access the master suite with a queen bed, deck access and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower. To the left of the kitchen, pass a built-in mudroom and carry on to the guest room, also with a queen bed. There is a shared bathroom in this hallway with a walk-in shower, as well as the washer/dryer.

The property is situated just minutes to Narrowsburg, with its restaurants, bars and shops. The town is on the Delaware River, which offers a plethora of activities for the adventurous soul, from swimming holes to boating and tubing trips. Fish to your hearts content. Come join us today!

Tamarack House is located in the heart of the Delaware River Valley near Narrowsburg. This quaint walkable town has lots of explore-worthy stores and restaurants. Grab a sandwich at The Tusten Cup and local groceries at Narrowsburg Proper, enjoy wood-fired pizza outdoors at The Laundrette, pick up some local wines at Narrowsburg Fine Wines, or shop the farmers market. Try swimming in the Delaware River, golf nearby at Sullivan County Country Club, horseback ride at Bridle Hill Farm, visit the alpacas at Buck Brook Farm, or explore the various hikes around the Catskills. Getting Around:
Tamarack House is less than two hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
