Two bedrooms- one upstairs and one downstairs- a long with an oversized kitchen and living room. This , one of three units on property, is spacious and cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable, long term stay.

We weren't expecting such thin walls! Lol! However that's not the host's fault! It was a lovely stay, and the host was very quick to respond! We would definitely book again!

Before check in we were informed that the couch had been broken by the previous guest. No replacement was available until we had two days left on our trip. We had to use our bed as a couch. The kitchen had no hot water no matter which way you turned the faucet. The one shower in the downstairs bedroom hot water comes out of the cold function on the controls. There is no room to eat at the provided dinning table and kitchen sink is a bar sized sink. Air freshener is on high blast from the attached residence with a slight odor of marijuana. At random times there are people smoking cigarettes towards the end of the unit in the backyard. Pillows were flatter than a pancake no matter how many you added it was just flat. There was no hair dryer for use and has to go pick up laundry detergent. Light switches are placed in odd locations for access, thermostat was located upstairs behind a door which I had to ask to find because the unit was freezing cold. Flooring is pulling up in multiple locations and even flaking apart - not a rental you wanted to walk around barefoot or even in socks in.

Every single room except the “entertainment” room had only ONE light bulb working out of the whole upstairs floor. The “entertainment” room had an off-putting smell that hit you right as you walk in. the pictures are not what the actual place looks like at all. it’s also not the whole house you are booking, it’s a separate unit attached to the house. we went to go checkout and there was a whole stranger walking out on the side of the house where we stayed. i personally will never book this if you are looking for safety, cleanliness, and basic lightning in a home.

Property was nice the upstairs the carpets smiled a little bit. I bought some carpet fresh and put in there and it took it away. The beds were hard other than that the place was perfect.

Our stay

There is a bad smell, I think it’s the carpet, tris small house was just like added to a brick house that is in there, by the stairs there is a door that I think that connects to the house , you can hear what people is saying on the other side , one night they were very loud , ther is just s small table and 2 chairs , To get in there you will have to go all that way back , because this is located basically behind the brick house , Everything else was fine , but they should check where the smell is comming from

This property was definitely not a high end resort. We did have to wash the sheets, towels, dishes and floors. As someone stated in a previous reviews the carpet in the second floor was a little gross i did make my kids wear their shoes on it. With all that being said it was a cheap rental and we really only need some place to sleep and eat. We got what we paid for cheap accommodations. It was exactly what I expected for what I paid. Looking for something cheap and acceptable this place will work.

My kids got an entire upper floor for themselves and I got a large room with a big bed and beautiful bathroom to myself. It was perfect! Better than any cramped hotel. The only issue was the person in the front unit kept inviting people over every night and being super loud. There is only a door between the units and I feel some better sound proofing could be done because we heard everything. Not to mention they had an obnoxiously drunk guest trying to get into our door one of the nights and it almost resulted in cops being called. Unit was amazing. Neighbors not so much.

Decent economical stay

Inexpensive stay and comfortable bed, which we appreciated for our trip spent doing things away from the place, but not a place to hang out at in comfort. Only chairs on main floor were two small wooden stools. No coffee and the carafe on the coffee pot was dirty, so we drove to Starbucks instead of enjoying it in the room. No written instructions (e.g. to let us know that the thermostat was in the small room upstairs), but the owner was responsive to our questions. Driveway is too narrow to exit car if parked close to the room, but easy enough to park near the street.

Mini Vacation

Beautiful property that looks just like the pictures and stay was better than expected! The Property owner was sooo sweet and ready to help any way she can if asked. It made our stay perfect! All in all I would definitely recommend you stay here and we will be using her for future trips.

Great little 2 bedroom spot

Great little stay for my friend and I. I liked that there was two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication with owner was quick and easy. No issues or complaints. Would stay here again!
