Ridge view retreat was perfect for our needs during our visit to Lassen Volcanic National Park and the surrounding area. Communication was great and the rental was so well stocked, organized and comfortable Best part was the view from the back patio. Bonus was seeing deer and wild turkey in the neighborhood. Thanks!!

Beautiful views!

We loved everything! Kids loved the game room and the backyard and porch, everyone loved the house and beds and porch views! Also the totem pole was fun! We were so close to Lassen and went over for a day on Lake Almanor! The house was exactly as advertised and had lots of fun extras like supplies for s’mores and hot chocolate! Would love to come back!

Beautiful Views

We spent 7 days at Ridge-View Retreat. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The back deck was perfect for quiet mornings reading and enjoying the breathtaking views of Mt.Shasta. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed Lassen National Park, Burney Falls and driving to the top of Mt. Shasta. The house was equipped with everything we needed- laundry detergent, all paper products and lots of spices for cooking. The owners thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

The house was clean and well-stocked. We really enjoyed the great views from the big deck and the big master bath with the jetted tub. It was also easy to find and check in was a breeze.

Beautiful home in Shingletown

The property was spotless and has a ton of amenities. The wrap around balcony provides a fantastic view of the Mount Shasta. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property next time you are in Shingletown. The home is located about three minutes from the little downtown where there is a nice little place to get a bite to eat and a drink in the outside beer garden with live music on weekends.

Best Vacation Ever!

This wonderful retreat was a perfect match for a perfect visit to the area around Lassen Volcanic National Park…. The property is large and spacious, well appointed and well kept. The property managers were very helpful in making sure our stay was very pleasant. And the wraparound deck is the perfect spot to star gaze in a premiere “dark sky” area.

Unbelievably Awesome House

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. There were 3 of us staying in the house. However, we had other friends and families staying nearby. Our house by far was superior to others. It had the most beautiful back deck with a perfect view of Mount Shasta. The house itself was well stocked beyond common needs. We hired Chef David Monaghan to cook for us. I highly recommend him too. (765-960-0129) It was a perfect house and stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautifully equipped home with breathtaking views

Can I just say WOW!!! This home was immaculately clean and stocked with all the extras… simple things like Kleenex tissues in every room, pump soap at every sink, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry supplies, and everything we needed to cook meals every day. Loved that there was tons of seating outside, comfy for morning coffee on the deck or even the front porch to dinner with a spectacular view of Mount Shasta and the forest behind. Bonus was a bin for recycling! Can not say enough good things about this property… one of the best rentals we’ve ever had over the years.
