This place is in a cool location close to Shingletown with a great view north toward Shasta and in a quiet secluded neighborhood. This is the second stay for myself and Catherine and we enjoyed it very much both times.

The view with Mt Shasta in the distance was outstanding! We sat out on the deck both in the mornings and evenings just to take in the view. The deck wrapped around the house and was well furnished. Both bathrooms were very clean and the master bathroom was great, much bigger than expected along with a jetted tub. Conveniently located to Lassen National Park. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous stay. Beautiful property. The view from the deck is stunning and relaxing. Kitchen stocked for cooking and home layout is great. It’s centrally located. Our only small issue was the checkout time which showed 11:00 am on VRBO and it seemed to have changed between booking and our arrival to 10:00 am which would’ve been fine if we’d known at booking. Diana was very accommodating.

This place is wonderful. In the front, there is a tree with something resembling a totem on it; it is absolutely beautiful and looks like a piece of art.There is a large deck in the back where you can see the sunset, which is also stunning. The entire room is great, the heating works well, and everything is very clean. Everything was very convenient. This is a fantastic place, and I highly recommend it.

This is our 3rd year staying at this beautiful home! The house is cozy and fully functional and the view from the deck is just beautiful! My kids love the game room and I love the great kitchen! We were able to find drive into Lassen National Forest for consecutive days of sledding and nature walks. It was beautiful!!! Owners are always so helpful and friendly and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns!

Ridge view retreat was perfect for our needs during our visit to Lassen Volcanic National Park and the surrounding area.
