GENERAL INFO:

- If the key fob or parking pass provided is lost, there will be a $250 replacement fee for each.

- Early check-in is available from 12 PM for a $50 fee, based on availability—just check with us the day before your arrival!

ENTIRE BUILDING ACCESS

Guests will have access to all shared amenities that the property has to offer. This includes a 24-hour gym, business lounge with conference rooms, main lounge with a pool table, two large TVs, and a large sitting area.

Free on-site parking (one spot) behind the building. If you have any issues finding the lot, please call us and we will guide you! Excess parking in the same lot is available to you at cost.

During your stay, please refrain from interacting with the leasing office. Please direct all questions to the Host.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The host was very responsive to questions. It was very easy to get into the apartment and always felt safe and secure. The apartment has everything you need. The location to Truist field was ideal for us and there is walking distance to several lovely restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. We came for a work conference. I have to say that the proximity to restaurants and grocery store was great. Merts Heart and Soul was so good we went there twice for dinner during our stay. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure. The kitchen is well appointed. Showers with nice water pressure. Jac and Jill were great and easily contacted when I had questions. We will stay again!

I’ll be honest the common areas of the building were run down and a little messy but the apartment was excellent and clean. Don’t judge it by the hallways. The apartment was very clean, comfortable well equipped and location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Communication with property was also excellent.

It was ok

This property was ok. It was a place to sleep that was close to where we needed to be. The host was helpful and communicative. We were behind schedule when we arrived. Checking in was easy, but unavailable until exactly 4pm. We asked to check in 15 minutes early, but were denied, so we had to wait outside which put us even further behind schedule. The parking was confusing and after several messages back and forth from the host, they finally sent a map to assist it finding the correct parking lot. This was the most frustrating. I recommend asking for the parking map before you arrive because there are several lots. Upon entering the apartment it was evident that nothing had been cleaned. The beds were nicely made and clean towels were provided, but the floors were dirty and many of the utensils and dishes were also dirty and had to be washed prior to use. There was debris in all the sinks and the bath tub. I made my concerns known to the host and they were kind and apologetic, but that is all. The apartment is advertised as “brand new”, but it is not. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not awful, I would consider staying here again now that i know where the parking lot is, but I would do it differently. Definitely bring your own pillows. The ones provided are like laying on a balloon. The location is ok for where we wanted to be. It’s a bit of a hike to the convention center, so wear good shoes or plan to get a ride if that’s where you want to go.

The apartment was beautiful and as described. Everything was within walking distance and all around perfect! Michael was a great host and very helpful throughout the entire stay!

Nice, easily accessed, responsive hosts, first VRBO trip. Apartment fit our group well (6). Check in and out was wonderful, short walking distance to multiple restaurants and stadium.

Sons proposal party

We booked this condo so we could all stay at the same place. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. We played cards and games Friday night and did not feel cramped in the living area. It was a perfect location.

Nice downtown Charlotte stay

This place worked out great for our 2 night stay. My only constructive feedback is the listing for this property stated it was a 2 minute walk to BofA stadium. It's more like 15 minutes.

The apartment is quite enjoyable for a weeklong stay - it is well stocked in both the kitchen, bathrooms and the sleeping quarters. It is located in a larger complex with other apartments that are not necessarily occupied with conscientious residents. As the week progressed, more garbage appeared in the corridors, and there was an ever present odor of bad cannabis down the hall. However, these items are not the fault of the host, and I would rent from them again.

Cozy and convenient over all

The place was so clean and just enough space for us! My over all experience was great! I would definitely recommend and stay again bc it was 7-10 to any place we needed to be. Some suggestions would be to advise of the 2 back entrance is the most convenient way to the apartment and that the preferred parking does cost with instructions on how to pay for it because people who are from out of state may not know that completely.

Beyond our expectations. Great place, close to everything, literally across the street to family that live in Charlotte. Host was great explaining entire process and providing “to do” information. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Downtown Charlotte.
