A glass jug is provided in the kitchen that can be refilled at the pool building. In addition, filtration systems have been added to all sinks in this specific condo unit. You will find a notice regarding this information in the condo unit.

Great location, cozy and clean

Not the Ritz carlton, but it was perfect for us. Cozy, VERY clean and located just off the mountain road. I've stayed in a bunch of places in Stowe and without spending a million dollars to stay on mountain, it's probably my favorite location.

Beautiful Views

My best friend and I loved the condo. Nice furnishings and quiet. Beds were super comfortable as well. We were prepared for the water situation with our town case.

Skiing weekend

This property was perfect for what we came for. Just needed somewhere to lay our heads at night after a long day on the slopes and this place got the job done. There was a well stocked kitchen and the place was very clean. Only 5 miles from Stowe Mountain Resort. I will definitely be staying again.

Basic condo in good location

Condo met our needs but is a bit worn and could use some updating (moldy ceiling in bathroom, moldy shower curtain). A bear frequents the property, turning over trash bins, and is not frightened by people. Signs say the bins are emptied daily but they are not so the bear continues to come. Tap water at the condo does not meet safety standards so one must buy bottled water or bring jugs to fill up at the pool. Unfortunately this was only relayed to us the day of arrival. Knowing this in advance would've been helpful.

Overall the property was what I expected. The rooms were small but not cramped, generous living room space and the balcony was useful with a nice view. The property was clean and communication timely. The major disappointment was the drinking water situation and how that was communicated to us. The levels of PFAS (forever chemicals) exceeded the states limits and therefore there were signs in the apartment advising to not drink the water. This wasn't present in the ad and only communicated to us less than 2 hours before check-in. They mentioned drinking water was available at the pool but this wasn't always the case throughout our week long stay. Many trips to the pool and grocery store were required to get water and haul the jugs up two floors.

The condo was clean but far from spotless, there were dusty patches, also for some reason there were several flies when we arrived (the flies kept showing up throughout our stay even though we kept the doors closed aside from coming and going from the condo).The space was nice, cozy but we fit fine, it was great to have the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.Some furniture needed repair (one of the dining chairs broke as I sat down on it, the Ikea armchair seemed super wobbly, so we didn't risk using it, one of the hangers got loose and fell off).The biggest letdown was the water issues. We knew in advance that there were some issues with the drinking water in the condo and the property manager provided a case of water bottles and a glass jug to be refilled at the pool building across the street. Additionally, the owner put in filters in the kitchen - we used that water for rinsing dishes after washing them. The filtered water was not easy to use (the faucet was a bit wobbly and the water pressure super low so washing dishes was a drag.) We didn't cook as much as we would have without the water issue.The location of the condo was excellent. The view from the windows and the big balcony / deck wonderful. The drive to the ski resort 10 minutes. You could walk to the shuttle only comes every 30 mins.The pool facility was absolutely great! It could use more cleaning but the pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise room were great!Bring coins for the laundry if you plan to use it.
