Perfect Weekend Getaway

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the water. The home is cozy and inviting. Very relaxing stay. We enjoyed watching the eagles constant flying by. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the bbq for grilling.

Beautiful home - lovely views

Wonderful getaway spot. You can chill and relax with wonderful views. Relaxing hot tub. Comfortable beds. Equipped kitchen. We had a great mini vacation.

Amazing

Great stay. Wonderful property with amazing location and views. Really enjoyed waking up to the view of the water and the great outdoor space. Definitely want to return soon.

Gorgeous view

We booked this property for our honeymoon. The home had gorgeous views with windows viewable from each floor. It was so nice to have a view of the water from most of the house. The property was clean and inviting. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had nearly everything you might need. We also used the grill and it worked well. The hot tub was nice but leaving instructions for use would be helpful. Also, we weren’t made aware that the fireplace wasn’t working. This was a main draw to the house and a reason we booked. Not being communicated with about this and ultimately not having it available was very disappointing. The house and grounds were very nice but we noticed several things in the home were not congruent with the luxury feel of others. There were several outdated things in the home, the pocket doors to the loft didn’t work and didn’t cover the full opening, the window trim was duct-taped on, floor tiles in the bathroom were loose, and the shower didn’t drain correctly. Overall, we would stay here again for the views, quiet neighborhood, stellar kitchen/living area, and proximity to great things on the island. We would just hope the hosts would make some improvements so the details match the luxury feel of the property.

Overgrown Brush obscured view , incomplete and unprofesional comunication.

Disapointing. Overgrown brush obscured view. Sliding pocket doors removed and replaced with unservicable construction plywood. No BBQ tools (brush/tong etc). Loose handrails on stairway. Dangerous loft rail apears to not meet code. Owner poorly communicates about property. The senond day of our stay a stranger show up at the back windows unannounced. She arrived for aparently a surprise inspection of the home and grounds which were imaculate, at the demand of the owner. She handed me a phone with the owner yelling at me. I was able to calm him down by the end. He claimed there were more than 6 people gathered at the home the night before for social get togather, that one parked badly and we should leave in 1 hour (a day early uncompensated)..strange. If there was a misunderstanding I would have much prefered being contacted real time of any issues and quickly and professionaly adressesed them.
